INTRALOT, Inc., a supplier of gaming, payment, and different other solutions for the gambling industry, announced that it was selected by the New Mexico Lottery to implement, operate, and maintain the state lottery’s gaming system, with its central system, terminal network and communications, software platform, and other related products included.

Duluth-based INTRALOT, Inc. is a subsidiary of Greek giant INTRALOT Group. The company signed a similar agreement with the New Mexico Lottery in 2006. Under the new contract, the supplier would provide and maintain a terminal network of a total of 1,200 new lottery terminals for a period of eight years. The contract is to become effective as of November 22.

INTRALOT would also have to continue working closely with the New Mexico Lottery on matters related to advertising, marketing, and different sales initiatives.

Commenting on the extended contract, David Barden, Director of the state lottery, said that the supplier has long been a valuable partner. Mr. Barden further noted that the “technical capabilities and innovative games” INTRALOT offers have contributed to the expansion and diversification of the lottery’s product offering with new titles and distribution channels.

Thus, they have managed to achieve a stable growth in sales and customers without this having an adverse effect on the sales of different other products. Mr. Barden said that they are looking forward to continuing their successful partnership with the INTRALOT team.

Tom Little, CEO and President of the gaming supplier, said that they are committed to offering the best lottery services and technology to New Mexico and its lottery customers. The executive pointed out that being awarded such an important contract is indicative of INTRALOT’s successful endeavors. Mr. Little said that they are extremely pleased with their second contract with the state lottery regulator and that they would continue delivering the best possible product offering to the New Mexico Lottery, with the revolutionary Photon lottery terminals included.

Generally speaking, INTRALOT provides products and services for the betting, lottery and video lottery, and racing industries.
