Three-time WSOP Circuit gold ring winner Andrew Robinson added yet another gold piece to his collection. Last night, the player from Round Rock, Texas emerged victorious in the WSOP Circuit Harrah’s Cherokee $365 No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $50,000 to grab the shiny little ring and the amount of $25,078 as a first-place prize.

The event was a two-day one and attracted 380 hopefuls who generated a prize pool of $114,000. The top 45 finishers received a share of the money, with lowest payouts starting from $515. As already mentioned, it took two days of play before the name of the champion was announced. Day 2 saw nine hopefuls returning to play down to a winner.

Nine-handed play started with James Frye as the chip leader, holding a little more than 1 million in chips. Robinson was second in chips at the beginning of the event’s official final table with 692,000.

It took four levels of play before the names of the heads-up opponents became clear. Robinson had to face Brent Catalano from Maybleton, Georgia. Two-handed play started with the soon-to-be-champion holding 2.4 million chips against Catalano’s 1.4 million. After a rather longish heads-up match, Robinson eventually cracked his opponent’s pocket aces to grab his fourth gold ring and the first-place prize. Catalano, on the other hand, had to settle for the runner-up finish and the amount of $15,498.

Including last night’s victory, Robinson now has more than $360,000 in WSOP-related earnings. So far, the player has cashed in 7 WSOP events, collecting $114,659, and in 28 WSOP Circuit ones, collecting more than $250,000 in those. He won his first gold ring in 2013 for topping the field of a Horseshoe Bossier City $365 No-Limit Hold’em event. Rings number two and three came in 2014, when the player emerged victorious in WSOP Circuit events in Las Vegas and Elizabeth, Southern Indiana.

And here are the rest of the finalists at the final table of last night’s $365 No-Limit Hold’em and their respective payouts:
