Pechanga Resort & Casino owners and social casino gaming developer Ruby Seven Studios announced a joint project for the creation, launch, and promotion of new online social casino content.

It is slated to be launched sometime in mid-2016 and will feature popular casino games, with blackjack, video poker, bingo, and keno being among those. Several slot game themes and slot games customized to highlight Pechanga Resort & Casino will also be included.

Pechanga Development Corporation President Patrick Murphy said that they are really excited about their latest partnership as it will help them expand their brand outside Southern California and will give gambling customers the chance to play their games anytime, anywhere and on any device. Thus, the gambling venue will be able to bring its Social Casino experience to a wider audience from all parts of the world.

Commenting on the partnership agreement, Mark Macarro, Chairman of the Pechanga Tribe, said that it has always been their main goal to offer the best possible digital experience and the deal with Ruby Seven Studios is only “the first step in that long-term initiative.”

Michael Carpenter, founder and CEO of the gaming developer, said that Pechanga Resort & Casino is a beautiful and innovative resort, and they are happy to have it as a partner. Mr. Carpenter said that Ruby Seven Studios is committed to expand the Pechanga brand and to create excellent free-to-play casino content for the resort’s customers.

In December 2015, the Pechanga Band of Luiseno Indians, as the California-based tribe’s full name is, broke ground on what would be a $285-million expansion of Pechanga Resort & Casino. The project is expected to be completed in two years and the venue will see the current size of its amenities more than doubled. In addition, 3,500 jobs for residents of the region are to be generated.

A new 568-room Four Diamond hotel is to be added, as well as a two-story spa, a fitness center, a resort-style pool complex, new restaurants, etc. What is more, the current event space will be expanded by 67,000 square feet.

Once expansion is complete, the casino at the resort will spread over 200,000 square feet, a total of 1090 rooms will be featured, as well as 13 restaurants, and 13 pools. The project is projected to result in an economic output of more than $550 million.
