Start-up gaming business SuprNation announced today that it has signed an agreement with Malta-based online gambling company Gaming Innovation Group. Under the terms of the deal, the latter would provide the newcomer with its iGaming Cloud platform.
SuprNation is a joint venture between former Betit Group executives – Henric Andersson and Joakim Stockman. Andersson had been COO at the aforementioned company and Stockman had been its CEO. Following the launch of the Thrills and SuperLenny online gambling brands, the two executives left the Malta-based gambling operator in order to be able to pursue their current objective.
As mentioned above, SuprNation’s offering will go live with Gaming Innovation Group’s iGaming Cloud platform. Essentially, iGaming Cloud offers the full range of client management tools that an online gambling operator needs. Many consider the platform one that would turn into a game changer due to its two main functions.
In the first place, iGaming Cloud aims at eliminating all kinds of technological bottlenecks that may hamper operators in servicing customers smoothly and efficiently. In addition to this, the product is designed to considerably reduce operators’ costs.
The agreement with SuprNation has been Gaming Innovation Group’s thirteenth one for the provision of its iGaming Cloud platform. The company’s twelve existing customers annually contribute the amount of £4.1 million for the right to use the product.
Commenting on the latest announcement, Gaming Innovation Group CEO Robin Reed said that they are all pleased to see the platform growing in 2016. He described the product as one that is particularly appealing to start-up companies within the highly competitive online gambling industry. The executive added that their latest agreement is indicative of and highlights their current position in the market.
Henric Andersson, who, as mentioned above, is Co-founder and COO of SuprNation, pointed out that they have taken a good look at all gaming platforms currently available on the market and they have decided that the iGaming Cloud one was a perfect match for their company. Mr. Andersson further noted that the platform was the best fit for their business not only in terms of the services it offers but also due to “the mind-set and ambition level” of the Gaming Innovation Group’s team.
