Greek provider of solutions for the international gambling industry Vermantia announced that a selection of its gaming content is going live with Juancito Sport, known to be one of the biggest gambling operators in the Dominican Republic. The agreement marks Vermantia’s first foray into the country’s gaming market.
Under the terms of the deal, Juancito Sport will be offered access to Vermantia CONNECT, the supplier’s gaming platform, and to an extensive portfolio of more than 12 Virtual Games. Those will be delivered across the Dominican company’s retail network.
The suite of gaming titles offers virtual sports developed by Vermantia and its partners FLUID GAMES, VSOFT, and Kiron Interactive. Among other things, the first rollout of games includes Vermantia’s Horse Racing Roulette, which combines Virtual Horse Racing with traditional mini-roulette bet types. The games will be offered through a central platform, developed by Soll Systems.
Commenting on their choice to partner with Vermantia, Richard de los Santos, Managing Director of Juancito Sport, said that they had been looking for capability in the provision of high quality Virtual Gaming content, as well as understanding of what players want and of what the needs of the local market are. The executive also pointed out that they believe Vermantia’s suite of Virtual Games, together with Soll Systems’ gaming platform, will bring “incremental revenue increases” in a very short period of time.
Vermantia Head of Account Management Tassos Panagiotaros said that they are delighted with the opportunity to be working with Juancito Sport and to introduce their Virtual Games to the operator’s customers. Mr. Panagiotaros also noted that Horse Racing Roulette has already gone live in a number of betting shops across the Dominican Republic and has delivered impressive results, thus making Vermantia confident in the success of the supplier’s partnership with the gaming operator.
Herminio Luis Iglesias, General Manager of Soll Systems, said that they are excited to have their integrated solution introduced in the “savvy Dominican market.” The official added that they have expected Horse Racing Roulette to turn into a resounding success in the country and that the results so far have actually exceeded their expectations.
More Virtual Games are to be launched in the months to come.
