Contagious Gaming Inks Distribution Deal with OpenBet

Supplier of solutions for the gambling industry Contagious Gaming Inc. announced that it has penned a partnership agreement with fellow developer and distributor OpenBet Ltd. Under the said agreement, Contagious Gaming will be able to integrate a selection of its online scratch ticket games to OpenBet’s online gaming platform and will be allowed to distribute its content to OpenBet’s customer base, represented by international gambling operators.

Commenting on the latest partnership, Peter Glancy, Director and CEO of Contagious Gaming, said in a statement that they are pleased with the opportunity to have their eInstant Games distributed on OpenBet’s gaming platform, thus reaching the latter supplier’s wide international customer base. OpenBet is known for working with both regulated gambling operators and government-run lotteries from around the world.

Apart from the content distribution deal with OpenBet, Congagious Gaming also announced that it has been repositioned as a B2B provider of a full suite of software solutions for the international gambling industry. In other words, the company is now able to offer gambling operators from around the world a full-scale online gambling platform. It features fixed-odds sports betting, Goal Time, virtual sports, as well as a wide selection of online casino games. In addition to these, the eInstants Games are yet to be integrated anytime soon.

The above-mentioned gaming solutions have already been integrated or are set to be integrated soon on Contagious Gaming’s xTURF platform.

Last December, the gaming supplier closed the deal for the acquisition of German software developer Digitote Limited for the amount of C$7.2 million. The company later on said that the strategic purchase resulted in it posting a considerable growth in key metrics for the third quarter of the current fiscal year ended December 31, 2015.

During the period in review, Contagious Gaming generated revenue of $678,704, up 214% as compared to the $215,844 posted for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Upon releasing its results for the third quarter of the fiscal year, the company said that it was optimistic about the further improvement of its financial metrics. Contagious Gaming is about to post its first full-quarter consolidated financials to include Digitote’s results.
