Pariplay Relocates Headquarters to Gibraltar

News

Gaming technology supplier Pariplay Ltd. announced that it has relocated both its head office and operations center in Gibraltar. The relocation came after the company received a Remote Gambling license from local authorities.

Pariplay was formerly headquartered in Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man. The technology company explained its relocation with the strong growth it reported for the previous calendar year. In addition, with Gibraltar seen as one of the global centers for the world’s largest gambling operators and providers, Pariplay officials felt further motivated to move their main offices there.

As mentioned above, the technology supplier was granted a Remote Gambling license by the HM Government of Gibraltar and was thus allowed to join the cluster of service providers and operators to be located in the British territory, with Ladbrokes, bwin.party, NYX Gaming, and NetEnt being only several of those.

Founded in 2010, Pariplay has enjoyed a sustained growth over the past several years, especially in its two core businesses – the provision of gaming platforms for both online and land-based gambling operators and the development of top-tier games for B2B customers, including slot titles, scratch cards, instant win games, etc. The company has been reporting a particularly strong growth since the third quarter of 2015, a period during which it introduced new gaming titles and product and secured partnerships with several fellow providers and gambling operators.

Most recently, Pariplay signed content distribution agreements with fellow providers Evolution Gaming and BetConstruct. The company integrated Evolution Gaming’s suite of live casino games with its FUSION content aggregator and integrated a selection of its real money casino games into BetConstruct’s software platform.

Commenting on the decision to relocate their headquarters, Pariplay CEO Gili Lisani said that it marks the next stage in the company’s development and strategy to expand its business and turn into a top-class online gaming technology provider. Mr. Lisani further noted that with Gibraltar being one of the most important hubs for both operators and service providers, they are really happy to move their head office to a place that is home to some of the world’s biggest gaming companies.
