Provider of online casino content Yggdrasil Gaming confirmed today that its full portfolio of gaming titles has gone live with leading UK-based gambling operator bet365.
The two companies inked a content distribution partnership in February. Following an integration process, which has just been completed, bet365’s website has rolled out Yggdrasil Gaming content under the latter’s UK and Gibraltar licenses.
Recently launched games, including the football-themed Bicicleta, Seasons, and Wicked Circus, are among the gaming titles now available to bet365 online gambling customers. As part of the deal, the operator is also to deploy Yggdrasil Gaming’s set of promotional tools – Infinite API and BOOST, with those being intended to secure gambling companies with further gamification.
Yggdrasil Gaming CEO Fredrik Elmqvist said of the latest announcement that they are happy to have their games live with bet365, with the gaming operator generally accepted to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, names in the online gambling industry.
Providing details about the integration process, the executive noted that both parties have worked hard to secure swift and seamless integration of the gaming content. Elmqvist added that deals of this scale demonstrate his company’s position as one of the fastest growing providers of online gaming products within the industry.
Yggdrasil Gaming has had quite a successful year in terms of financial performance, agreements sealed, and international recognition. The company posted a 519% increase in Q1 revenue. It amounted to SEK14.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2016. Results for the second quarter and first half of the year are yet to be posted but the upward trend will likely be kept.
Over the past several months, Yggdrasil Gaming signed agreements with several of Europe and world’s most popular online gambling operators, with some of those being bwin.party, Interwetten, and bet365, of course. The software supplier went live in the UK after being granted a license by the local gambling regulator late in 2015.
In terms of licensing, Yggdrasil Gaming submitted its application for a Gibraltar license early this year and after it has been reviewed and the company was deemed compliant with the local gambling regulations, it was awarded a B2B remote gaming license by the local gambling authority.
The software supplier won the Slot Provider of the Year award at the 2016 eGR B2B Awards and the iGaming Software Supplier of the Year one at the 2016 International Gaming Awards.
