Supplier of online gaming and sports betting solutions for the international gambling industry BetConstruct announced that it would provide its sportsbook to Spanish online gambling brand iJuego.es, with the latter being owned by major leisure and gaming group Comar Inversiones, SA.
Under the terms of a deal the operator and the provider have signed recently, iJuego would offer its new partner’s sports betting solutions, thus providing its gambling customers with the chance to place their bets on around 30,000 live matches every month. The addition of BetConstruct’s sportsbook would further enrich and diversify the online gambling brand’s existing offering. The operator currently offers its players different casino games, with both table games and slot titles being among these.
Here it is important to note that the partnership between iJuego and BetConstruct has become possible due to the fact that the latter has been licensed by Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego back in 2015 to provide its products in Spain’s regulated online gambling market.
Commenting on the recently penned agreement, iJuego Product Manager Manuel Paz said that they had looked thoroughly and carefully for a sports betting partner for the local market and that they are happy to have joined forces with BetConstruct to take advantage of the latter’s product. According to the official, the sports betting offering will become an “integral addition” to the casino games the gambling brand is currently best known for. Mr. Paz expressed confidence that the move would result in the brand’s further growth in 2016 and in the years to come.
BetConstruct Commercial Director George Voyatzis commented that they are looking forward to working together with iJuego and its owner Group Comar. The official further pointed out that BetConstruct will further develop its sportsbook offering so as to extend its reach in more regulated markets.
Founded in 1982, Group Comar is now comprised of more than 60 different companies, with most of them operating in the leisure and gambling industries. The major group offers its gambling products across Spain, where it is licensed by the local gambling regulator, and in Latin America.
