The IGA will be gathering together internationally recognized providers, gambling operators, industry professionals, and insiders for a tenth consecutive year. And it will be the tenth time when the best of the best will be honored with awards in their respective categories. Awards will be distributed in 24 different categories but nominees are yet to be announced.
Originating from Sweden but based in Malta, Mr Green is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority to provide casino and other types of online gambling options. Powered by some of the most popular industry suppliers, with NetEnt, Microgaming, IGT, and Evolution Gaming being few of those, the online gambling brand now provides its customers with hundreds of games. In June, right ahead of the UEFA Euro 2016, Mr Green also went live with a sportsbook.
The online casino brand has appeared as a sponsor for IGA in previous years, but as announced, it will be an official sponsor for the awards’ tenth annual ceremony. The latest IGA ceremony will be widely focused on charity.
Over the past ten years, the International Gaming Awards have donated thousands of pounds to various charity causes. More than £100,000 were contributed to the CARE International humanitarian agency. Children with Cancer and the Responsible Gambling Trust have also been among the organizations to have benefited from the awards ceremony and its sponsors over the years.
During each IGA ceremony, and it will not be any different at the 10th annual one, money is raised through auctions at which sponsors offer unique and valuable items. Mr Green will be providing such items in February, but it has not been announced yet what exactly the gambling operator would be selling at the auction.
Commenting on the charity work they have been involved in over the years, Colin Thompson, IGA’s main organizer, put an emphasis on the fact that they would have not been able to do so much good, if it had not been for their sponsors.
