Prior to initiating its expansion efforts, the provider had been offering its gaming content to dot country licensed operators, with ones holding licenses by the Denmark, Belgium, and UK gambling regulators being among those.
With the iGaming market rapidly growing, it seems that Magnet Gaming is now ready to open its operations to other regulated jurisdictions around Europe. The company expressed confidence that its expansion initiative will facilitate its further growth.
Commenting on their decision to expand their footprint, Magnet Gaming Head of Game Licensing Thomas Nielsen said that there has been great demand for their content in a number of markets for some time now but his company has always strived to make sure that it had very high standards when it came to licensing.
The official further noted that this would not change in future but that it would be good for the supplier to have its content launched with operators licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the Government of Gibraltar as both Malta and Gibraltar have established themselves over the years as well-regulated jurisdictions.
According to Mr. Nielsen, Magnet Gaming’s offering will resonate well with players from different international markets, particularly in those where fans of social casino games are under-served.
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark, Magnet Gaming develops innovative online slot games in HTML5 format. Thus, its titles are available on both desktop and hand-held devices and across multiple operating systems. At present, the gaming studio offers 12 slot games, with some of those being Vikings, Space Gems, and Candy Kingdom. The titles have been developed with the intention of helping gambling operators attract new players and boost their retention rates.
Here it is also important to note that apart from real-money gaming options, Magnet Gaming also targets the social gaming market with free-to-play offering. The Danish supplier’s games are available on Microgaming-powered online gaming platform Quickfire. What is more, under an agreement Magnet Gaming had signed with Denmark’s national operator Danske Spil, its titles had gone live with the latter’s gambling websites.
