Arkadiy Tsinis, originally from Ukraine and now residing in Miami, Florida, has made quite a statement about his professionalism over the past few days, winning not one but two pieces within a very short timeframe. It was just a few days ago when the player topped the field of the Tag Team event along with his partner Daniel Mogavero at Planet Hollywood. Last night, Tsinis bested the field of a $365 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament.
The player outlasted 219 entries to collect his second gold ring within the WSOP Circuit’s Planet Hollywood stop and third overall in his career as a poker player.
The tournament’s field generated a prize pool of $65,700. The money was split among the top 24 finishers, with min-cashes starting from $606. Aside from the gold ring, Tsinis also collected $16,426 for his most recent poker accomplishment.
How Action Unfolded during Event #6

The player built a solid chip stack, which positioned him on second place when the final table was set. Tsinis was eventually one of the two players that were to face each other in the final heads-up duel. He entered that closing phase of the tournament second in chips.
The player faced Jarrod Cipresse heads-up. The latter held the chip lead at the beginning but the margin between the two finalists was relatively small. Cipresse held 1.2 million when he came into heads-up to Tsinis’ 900,000 in chips. However, Cipresse lost a key hand that eventually cost him the gold ring. He was eliminated in second place shortly after that occurrence, good for $10,152 in prize money.
Tsinis thus remained the last man standing and posed with his lucky third gold ring. The player scooped his first piece of WSOP Circuit jewelry back in 2013, when he took down a $580 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament at Foxwoods Resort in Connecticut.
Here it is also interesting to note that he is a one-time WSOP gold bracelet winner. He won the coveted trophy back in 2011 when he finished first in a $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em event. The player also scooped a first-place prize of $540,136 for his performance.
Including last night’s cash, Tsinis now has more than $196,507 in WSOP Circuit winnings. The player has cashed in 28 series tournaments over the years. He has also collected a total of $1,210,599 from 35 in-the-money finishes in WSOP tournaments.
