Online casino games studio Wazdan has debuted a selection of its content in Hungary’s regulated iGaming market through a partnership with the country’s only Hungarian Gaming Commission-licensed online casino, Grand Casino.
In a press release that hit the wire earlier today, Wazdan announced that it teamed up with Grand Casino late last year.
A selection of Wazdan games has already become available to Grand Casino players. More titles by the Malta-based games developer are expected to be added soon.
Grand Casino went live in 2018 after the reorganization of the Hungarian iGaming market paved the way for the start of regulated iGaming services on the territory of the country. The online casino is the only one to be authorized to operate in the Hungarian market by the local gambling regulator.
Hungary was the latest market to be added to Wazdan’s list of jurisdictions its content is available in. The studio also holds licenses issued by the Malta Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, Curacao eGaming, and the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN). Its products have been certified by competent regulators in Sweden, Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia.
As part of its supply deal with Grand Casino, Wazdan has provided its new partner with access to 15 of its online slots, including player favorites Bars & 7s, Black Horse, Magic Fruits 4 Deluxe, and Valhalla. As mentioned above, more games are planned to be added soon.
Success Has to Do with Partnerships
Commenting on their Hungarian debut, Wazdan Head of Sales Andrzej Hyla said that they are proud to have partnered with Grand Casino and that their new partner “has done so much to lead the gaming sector in Hungary and truly embodies the values that we too hold here at Wazdan.”
Of their Hungarian presence, Grand Casino CEO Robert Peters said that it has been thrilling to pioneer the space and that they “humbly recognise that while our success is in part the result of hard work from our highly talented team, the remaining success factors have to do with the partnerships we make.”
Of their new supplier partner, Mr. Peters said that Wazdan is a slots producer with “highly engaging, feature-rich games” and that they have been delighted to bring its content onto their online casino website.
Wazdan boasts a portfolio of more than 100 HTML5 slots and a number of unique features that allow players to tailor their experience. The Volatility Levels Feature enables players to adjust the volatility of the game they play, while the Unique Gamble Feature allows them to double their win instantly. The Ultra Fast Mode increases game speed, while the Big Screen mode zooms the reels of the game to full screen.
The Double Screen Mode shows the paytable at all times, the Ultra Lite Mode reduces the time a game takes to load, and the Energy Saving Mode enables mobile players to extend their battery life by up to 40%. All features are available across the developer’s games portfolio.
Wazdan’s Larry the Leprechaun slot recently scooped the Slot Game of the Year award at the annual Malta Gaming Awards. The game takes players on an adventure through an enchanted forest to find a pot of gold. Its features include Wilds, a Block Symbols Mode, Leprechaun’s Bonus Spins, Free Spins, and a Magic Sack Bonus.
