Casino games studio NetGaming has opened an office in Malta as part of its growth strategy and as it seeks to introduce its offering to new markets.
In a press release from earlier today, the gaming content creator said that it has moved into a state-of-the-art facility in Sliema, a town in Malta with high concentration of both B2B and B2C online gambling companies.
In addition to opening its new office, NetGaming is also growing its central team with respected industry game producers as part of an ongoing recruitment campaign.
Founded in March 2018 by a team of experienced industry leaders, NetGaming specializes in the creation of online slots and casino games. To build its portfolio, the company uses a unique game engine, proprietary technology, and dynamic approach.
Its games suite currently includes slots titles such as Leprechaun’s Loot, Age of DaVinci, Treasures of Egypt, and Wrath of the Dragons as well as several table games. It plans to roll out a mixture of original and branded content every month throughout 2020.
Its plans for 2020 also include entering several new jurisdictions, and the opening of its Malta office will help it deliver on its expansion strategy.
Focus on Emerging Markets
NetGaming’s focus to expand its footprint internationally includes entry into emerging markets such as Africa and countries in the CIS region. As part of its expansion plans, the company has applied for licenses from the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, and the Government of Curacao.
Commenting on their new office in Malta, NetGaming CEO Pallavi Deshmukh said that “opening an office in Malta signals our ambitious goals for global growth as the island is a critical jurisdiction within the industry.”
She went on that the move will enable them to “engage with a number of major operators in the region with a personal touch” and that “in addition to the high-profile commercial deals we have already secured with the likes of Relax Gaming and BetConstruct, this is another milestone achieved.”
Aside from Malta, NetGaming also has offices in London and India. The company will be showcasing its offering at the upcoming ICE London show between February 4-6 at Stand N1-413. It was at the 2019 edition of the major conference and exhibition event when the games studio debuted the first set of its online slots games.
News about the opening of its Maltese office emerge shortly after NetGaming announced that its content will be integrated into the BetConstruct Spring Platform, which is one of the most sophisticated content distribution tools in the industry. Of their partnership with BetConstruct, Ms. Deshmukh said last week that it “fits well with NetGaming’s commercial strategy for rapid growth and expansion.”
