Gaming Realms Inks Multi-State Content Supply Deal with Rush Street Interactive

News

Mobile-focused casino games maker Gaming Realms today announced that it has landed its first multi-state direct-integration agreement as it looks to grow its presence in the US iGaming market.

Gaming Realms has teamed up with Rush Street Interactive, the online gaming division of Chicago-based regional casino operator Rush Street Gaming, to provide it with access to its content in states where iGaming is legal.

The recently penned deal represents extension of Gaming Realms’ existing partnership with Rush Street Interactive. Under that existing partnership, the content maker supplies its entire Slingo Originals portfolio to the online gambling operator in the New Jersey market through its Remote Game Server.

The collaboration between the two companies has now been extended to cover the state of Pennsylvania, Rush Street Interactive’s largest regulated territory.

In addition, the expanded agreement will see Gaming Realms integrate its Slingo Originals titles directly into Rush Street Interactive’s platform. This eliminates the need for a third-party distribution partner.

The partnership between the content maker and the iGaming operator will extend to any states that Rush Street Interactive is set to enter in future.

The recently expanded collaboration between the two companies is seen as an opportunity to not only strengthen their existing relationship but to also “offer a stronger user experience” and enhanced margins.

Thrilled to Be Expanding Existing Relationship

Commenting on their newly signed multi-state deal, Gaming Realms Executive Chairman Michael Buckley said that they are thrilled to be expanding their existing licensing agreement with Rush Street Interactive, which is a “major player in the US gaming industry.”

Mr. Buckley went on to say that this new agreement “underscores the quality and popularity of the Group’s Slingo games portfolio” and that they are delighted to be getting the chance to bring their content to a new audience around the US as they increase their share in that particular market.

Rush Street Interactive President Richard Schwartz said that they are excited to extend their partnership with Gaming Realms and be the first operator to be offering its Slingo content to players in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Schwartz noted further that their New Jersey players “love the Slingo Originals portfolio” and that they have no doubt their players in the Keystone State will have fun playing the games just as much.

This has been the latest of a series of deals Rush Street Interactive has signed with content providers in recent weeks. Earlier this month, the operator announced agreements with game makers Booongo and Habanero to boost its Colombia-facing brand RushBet.co.

Last month, Rush Street Interactive announced plans to list on NASDAQ through a merger with special purpose acquisition company dMY Technology Group, Inc. The deal values the combined entity at approximately $1.78 billion and is expected to close by the end of the year, pending regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
