The first stage is scheduled for January 29 to 31 and will focus on Santa’s Bag. That is followed by Pirate’s Legacy from February 5 to 7. Later in the year, players can take part in Catch the Leprechaun between April 30 and May 2, Jackpot Lab from June 4 to 6, and Pirate’s Map from September 17 to 19. Each stage stands on its own, with a fresh leaderboard and new prize payouts.
Every tournament stage rewards the top 150 players, which means a large number of participants can finish in a paid position. Prizes range from €5,000 for first place down to €10 for players ranked between 101st and 150th. The same prize structure applies to all five stages.
Games included in each stage
Each stage centers on a specific Platipus title tied to the tournament dates, but players are not limited to a single game. Alongside the featured title, points can also be earned by playing Wild Spin, Wild Spin Deluxe, Wild Crowns, and 7 & Hot Fruits. These supporting games appear across all stages, while the headline slot changes from one tournament to the next.
Only bets placed on the listed tournament games count toward the leaderboard. There is no separate registration process beyond playing the eligible games, and leaderboard rankings update automatically, usually once every minute.
How points are awarded
Leaderboard positions are decided using a points system based on wins and multipliers. For every x2 multiplier achieved during play, one point is added to the player’s score. Winnings are counted separately, with each €1 win adding two points.
To give an example used in the tournament rules, a €1 wager that results in a €6 win produces an x6 multiplier. That outcome earns three points from the multiplier and twelve points from the win, for a combined total of fifteen points.
All calculations are handled in euros. If a player bets using another currency, the amount is converted to euros using the exchange rate set by the casino at the time of play. When players finish with the same score, the rules give priority to the player who reached that total first.
Entry limits and general rules
The minimum bet to take part in any stage is €0.20 per spin, or the equivalent amount in other currencies. Bonus funds cannot be used, and only real-money bets qualify for scoring.
Participation is limited to players of legal age with verified casino accounts, in line with local rules. The tournament terms also state that malfunctions void all bets and play, and that the provider and participating casinos may suspend or cancel the tournament in exceptional circumstances. If different language versions of the rules conflict, the English version takes precedence.
By spreading the competition across five shorter stages, the 2026 Platipus Network Tournament Series gives players repeated opportunities to join in throughout the year. Each stage offers a fresh leaderboard, a fixed prize pool, and a clear set of games, letting players pick the events that fit their timing without needing to commit to a single extended tournament.
