Not-So-Ugly Deuces Wild, often called NSUD, is a specific Deuces Wild pay table. Do not identify it from the title screen or from the full-house row alone. In the recognised schedule, five of a kind returns sixteen credits per credit wagered and straight flush ten. Four of a kind and full house each return four; flush returns three. This is why players sometimes use the twenty-twenty nickname: those two four-credit categories each pay twenty credits on a five-credit wager. The complete standard table, including the qualifying natural-royal rate, has an optimal theoretical return of about ninety-nine point seven three percent. It does not guarantee a session result. Other Deuces tables can share some of those rows and still have different returns. The strategy can differ from Full-Pay Deuces Wild. Consider jack of spades, jack of hearts, seven of clubs, seven of diamonds and nine of spades. There are no wild twos. For this NSUD example, keeping both pairs returns about zero point six eight one credits per credit staked on average. Keeping one pair returns about zero point five four eight. The comparison is reversed from the full-pay table because the awards differ. These figures describe this one decision, not the whole-game return. Use the NSUD chart and its exceptions. Confirm every payout, the selected wager and the Held indicators before Draw, and set a spending limit.
