Report a factual error
Use the site’s contact form. Include the page address, the exact statement you believe is incorrect, the proposed correction and a supporting source if available. Official registers, regulator announcements, operator terms and original documents are especially useful.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or casino account credentials. This contact route concerns our published information; it does not handle deposits, withdrawals or account disputes on behalf of casino operators.
Evidence and uncertainty
A report is a reason to check the evidence, not automatic proof that the statement is wrong. Where sources conflict or a fact cannot be confirmed, the wording should make that uncertainty clear. An unavailable source alone is not a reason to delete accurate information.
Recording corrections
Material factual corrections should identify what changed and the correction date on the affected page. Related summaries, tables, translations and structured data should be checked for the same error. Minor spelling or formatting fixes need not carry a separate public correction notice.
A correction note must describe a real change. A refreshed feed, an automated scan or the passage of time alone must not be presented as a fresh editorial review. This policy does not imply that every archived page has completed a new review.
Editorial tools and responsibility
Software and AI-assisted tools can support research, translation and maintenance. Their output is not evidence on its own. Published factual corrections need supporting sources; automated activity must not be described as a personal test or human review.
