Explore Microgaming gamesGirls with Guns – Frozen Dawn is Microgaming’s five-reel, 243-ways sequel to Jungle Heat. This review documents the archived practice edition pictured below, with satellite scatters, a group-shot expanding wild and two possible free-spin modes. The earlier Jungle Heat game uses different scatter artwork and bonus rules.
The screenshots establish the illustrated rules and amounts; they do not establish current casino availability, a current betting range or a guaranteed return.

Reading the archived game
The screen shows three positions on each of five reels and a 243 WAYS label. Regular combinations use adjacent reels from the left, rather than a fixed drawn payline. Multiple matching positions can create more than one way. A paytable entry is an award for its qualifying combination, not a promise that every spin pays.

Paytable examples with the stake shown
The following are the displayed practice-credit amounts at a 1.50 total bet. They are not fixed euro prizes and are not multipliers of the entire stake. This replaces the previous unlabelled table, whose amounts were shown at a different setting.
| Symbol | Three matching | Four matching | Five matching |
|---|---|---|---|
| Logo wild | 2.50 | 5.00 | 30.00 |
| Katherine | 2.00 | 4.00 | 20.00 |
| Maria | 1.50 | 3.00 | 15.00 |
| Kira | 1.50 | 3.00 | 12.50 |
| Alex | 1.00 | 2.50 | 10.00 |
| Zoe | 1.00 | 2.50 | 10.00 |
| Jess | 0.75 | 2.00 | 7.50 |
For one qualifying five-logo combination, the displayed award is 30.00 practice credits. Dividing 30.00 by the 1.50 total stake gives 20 times the stake. One five-Maria combination shows 15.00 credits, equivalent to 10 times that stake. These examples describe individual paytable combinations; they are not a reconstruction of a winning spin or a maximum for all simultaneous ways.
Two different wild symbols
The logo wild substitutes for ordinary symbols but excludes the satellite scatter. It also has its own awards, shown above. The separate group-shot special wild appears on the third reel in the base game and expands to make that reel wild. The pictured rules explicitly restrict that special symbol to the base game.
Satellite scatters and free spins
Three, four or five satellites trigger 12 free spins with a randomly assigned feature: Frozen Wilds or Magnetic Wilds. The archived rules state that all bets remain the same as those that started the feature and that free spins cannot be retriggered. Do not carry Jungle Heat’s 15-spin, retriggerable feature over to this sequel.
Frozen Wilds remain in place during the feature. In Magnetic Wilds mode, special wilds arrive on the fifth reel and move across to a winning position, remaining for the feature. LCB’s accompanying review describes a separate Shootout Bonus that can occur after a non-winning spin; it involves selecting a target for a prize. It is not guaranteed after every losing spin.
The satellite screen includes its own award panel and total-bet wording. Keep scatter awards separate from the regular-symbol table. No additional scatter conversion or headline maximum is inferred here without the complete unit explanation for that edition.

Frozen Dawn questions
Is Frozen Dawn the same game as Jungle Heat?
No. It is the sequel. The satellite scatter and 12-spin feature distinguish the edition shown here.
Can its free spins be retriggered?
No. The small print on the archived satellite screen explicitly says free spins cannot be retriggered.
Do I choose Frozen Wilds or Magnetic Wilds?
The pictured rules say the feature is randomly assigned when the satellite combination triggers free spins.
What does a 30.00 logo award mean here?
At the illustrated 1.50 total bet, one five-logo combination pays 30.00 practice credits, or 20 times the stake. It is not a universal cash amount.
Where does the expanding group-shot wild appear?
The pictured special-wild panel identifies the third reel and says it only appears in the base game.
Does every losing spin trigger a Shootout Bonus?
No. The archived review describes a possible bonus after a non-winning spin, not an automatic award for every loss.
