Rules and stake calculation
Wins on ordinary symbols run from the first reel towards the right on a selected line. Only the largest award on each line counts, while wins on separate active lines are combined. Scatters are evaluated anywhere on the reels and their awards are added separately. The rules distinguish between two wager bases: line wins use the coins bet on that line; scatter wins use all coins wagered on the spin.
The archived screen shows denomination 0.01, 25 active lines and 10 coins per line. That makes a 250-coin spin costing 2.50 currency units: 25 × 10 × 0.01. These are the displayed settings, not a promise of the stakes available in another release or at a current casino.
Paytable and worked examples
The numbers below are line-award factors before applying coins per line and denomination. A zero means that symbol does not have a two-symbol award. The jellyfish and snorkel set share the same schedule; the anglerfish and treasure chest can pay from two matching symbols.

Ordinary line example: three treasure chests on one active line pay 25 × 10 coins = 250 coins at the pictured settings. At denomination 0.01, the return is 2.50 units. If there are no other awards, this exactly equals the whole spin cost, so the net result is zero.
Scatter example: two, three, four and five submarine scatters pay 1, 5, 20 and 100 times the total coins wagered respectively. Three submarines at the pictured 250-coin stake return 1,250 coins, or 12.50 units, before any other awards. The immediate net gain after the 2.50-unit stake is 10 units; the free-spin feature is additional.
Diver wild and free spins
The diver substitutes for ordinary symbols, but not the submarine scatter. When it completes a substituted winning combination, that prize is tripled. For example, a qualifying three-chest combination completed by a diver pays 750 coins rather than 250 at the example settings: 7.50 units returned, or a 5-unit net gain if it is the spin’s only award. Do not apply that substitution multiplier again to the diver’s own listed award.
At least three submarines trigger 15 free spins. Feature prizes receive a threefold multiplier, and the feature can trigger again. The initiating spin determines the lines and wager used during the feature. The original game rules screen provides the reference for these conditions.
The five-diver line award is 9,000 times the line wager, not the entire 25-line stake. With 10 coins on each line, it returns 90,000 coins, or 900 units at denomination 0.01. That single line is 360 times the 2.50-unit total spin cost. The fixed paytable award should not be confused with a growing progressive jackpot.

Does the jellyfish pay for two matching symbols?
No. The pictured schedule starts at three jellyfish. The anglerfish and treasure chest have two-symbol awards.
Can two submarines trigger free spins?
No. Two pay a scatter award equal to the total wager, but the feature needs at least three submarines.
Does the diver substitute for the submarine?
No. The scatter is excluded from wild substitution. An ordinary winning combination completed by a diver receives the substitution multiplier.
Are scatter awards based on my line bet?
