Explore Microgaming gamesJungle 7’s is a historical Microgaming slot with three reels and one centre payline. This review covers the desktop edition shown in the original game screen below. Its jungle-styled cabinet uses cherries, BARs, sevens and wild coins.
Rules and stake controls
The screen offers one, two or three coins per spin. Multiply the coin denomination by the number of coins selected to find the total stake. The pictured example uses a denomination of 1 and three coins, so its displayed bet is 3.00 currency units. The on-screen rule pays only the highest qualifying win on the centre line.

Paytable and worked examples
The columns below correspond to coins wagered, not the number of symbols on a payline. The previous headings referring to two, three and four symbols were incorrect: this game has only three reels. Awards are expressed in coins; multiply by the denomination to convert them to money.
| Qualifying symbols | 1 coin wagered | 2 coins wagered | 3 coins wagered |
|---|---|---|---|
| Any one cherry | 2 | 4 | 6 |
| Any two cherries | 5 | 10 | 15 |
| Three mixed BAR symbols | 5 | 10 | 15 |
| Three cherries | 10 | 20 | 30 |
| Three single BARs | 10 | 20 | 30 |
| Three double BARs | 20 | 40 | 60 |
| Any two wild coins | 25 | 50 | 75 |
| Three triple BARs | 30 | 60 | 90 |
| Three mixed sevens | 40 | 80 | 120 |
| Three silver sevens | 50 | 100 | 150 |
| Three golden sevens | 60 | 120 | 180 |
| Three wild coins | 2000 | 5000 | 15000 |
Ordinary win: with three coins wagered, three double BARs award 60 coins. At the pictured denomination of 1, that is a return of 60 units and a net gain of 57 units after subtracting the 3-unit stake.
Three wild coins: the awards are 2,000, 5,000 and 15,000 coins at one, two and three coins wagered. They do not increase proportionally with the stake. At the pictured three-coin setting, 15,000 coins equals 15,000 units, or 5,000 times the total stake. It does not mean 15,000 times the total stake, and it does not describe how likely that result is.
Wild coins and features
The game screen states that one substituting wild pays five times a winning combination, while two substituting wilds pay 25 times. Read these alongside the separate awards for two or three wild coins: do not apply a further substitution multiplier to those coin-symbol awards. The small-print rule also states that a single wild on a payline does not substitute for a cherry.
This historical edition uses its base-game paytable and wild substitution rather than a separate free-spin or bonus round. The table shows a fixed top award; no progressive meter is shown in the archived screen.
Frequently asked questions
Why were the old paytable column headings wrong?
The screen labels its award columns first, second and third coin. They are wager settings, not two-, three- or four-symbol wins.
Do I multiply the three-wild award by 25 again?
No. Three wild coins have their own listed award. The substitution multiplier is a different rule and is not an extra multiplier for that row.
Can a single wild replace a cherry for a small cherry award?
The displayed small-print rule says that one wild on the payline does not substitute for a cherry. Use the exact edition’s help for its full rules.
Does the archive establish today’s RTP or availability?
No. This review does not assign an unverified RTP or claim that a current casino offers this historical edition. Check the actual game’s help and denomination before relying on an old screenshot.
