Three coins at five units each therefore cost 15 account units for the spin. These are not three coins on each of three lines.
The historical range implies a minimum total stake of 0.25 with one coin and a maximum of 15.00 with three coins at the largest denomination. It is not confirmation of a current operator’s cash limits or currency. Check the controls of the edition actually offered.
Three camels: the winning line matters

The screen labels the camel rows 2, 1 and 3 from top to bottom. Those labels identify the line, not three cumulative payments for one combination. World Casino Directory’s description confirms that the 4,000-coin result requires three camels on line three.
The visible ordinary-symbol rows include 150 for three sevens, 75 for a three-symbol combination of camels and sevens, 50 for three triple bars, 20 for three double bars and 10 for three single bars. The screenshot also labels a mixed-bar row, but its numeric award is not legible in this reference. That value is deliberately omitted rather than reconstructed from another slot.
The on-screen rule pays only the highest win on each selected line. Do not add a lower matching category to a higher award on the same line.

Against the displayed total stake of 15.00, this is approximately 1,333.33 times the spin stake. With no other awards, the net increase after that spin’s cost would be 19,985 units.
