The team at Playtech does things right with this slot themed after Thor, the God of Thunder from Asgard in the Marvel universe. Amazing graphics and music, and an exquisite opening cinematic, pave the way for a very enjoyable experience, featuring a bunch of interesting and involving mechanics.

Thor the Mighty Avenger slot plays on 5 reels and 30 fixed betlines, with bets varying from €0.30 to €600. The Wild symbol, represented by Thor himself, has a bunch of uses and variations. First of all, it acts as a substitute for any other symbol, except for the extra symbols during the free games, when completing a winning combination. Also, it acts as a win condition on itself, awarding 5 000 coins for five of it on a bet line. The Wild also appears stacked in reels 2 and 4, and unlocks various extra spins when it covers a whole 2nd or 4th reel.
The Bonus symbol, Heimdall, just like in the movie, holds the key to the other realms, and sends you to either Earth of Jotunheim when the middle reel is covered by the Heimdall symbol. Jotunheim and Earth both have several free games, massively enriching this amazing slot.
Lastly, all Marvel slots share a pool of four progressive jackpots – the Power, Extra Power, Super Power and Ultimate Power. Each spin in these slots has a chance to activate the jackpot game, while higher-bet spins have a higher chance. Once you win entry, you must click-to-uncover the jackpots, and revealing three of the same kind earns you that jackpot and ends the game. That’s right – once you earn entry, you are guaranteed a jackpot win!
