I recently opened an account with 24VIP casino because I saw reviews online that they were a legit casino and as part of the sign up they give you $15 in bonus with no deposit. I read their terms and conditions prior to using the bonus to make sure that it didn’t say anything about cash out restrictions which can cause you to lose any major winnings. According to their terms for the $15 signup bonus the only requirement is that you play through 30 X that amount ($300) and in order to be able to withdrawl you must first make a deposit which I was planning on doing if I liked the games they offered.
The first thing that I need to mention is that it is almost nearly impossible to win anything from a $15 bonus and if you by some chance get lucky enough to get a Big “W” then the casino should honor this as part of their terms. Well, after playing minimum bet for awhile, I slowly got lucky and starting winning. I played on and off for several hours and played through the required 30 X playthrough and I went up and down in my winnings with several hundred dollars. I ended the night with a balance of around $718 and I made sure to take a screenshot of this and also of the casinos bonus terms which said that I had already met the requirements for the bonus. Then, this morning I recieved an email from one of the host at the casino saying that they had voided out all of my winnings due to wagering over $5 a bet (which is not true) and they made my account show Zero balance. In the email they included a link to bonus terms for a completely different online casino so I replied making them aware that they sent me terms from a different casino and I included a screenshot of the terms from their website directly that states nothing about the wager amount. I tried to recommend a solution and stated that I would agree to make a deposit as the terms stated in order to be able to make withdrawl and that I would continue using their site if shown that the casino would keep to what they advertise. I recieved a follow up emailing with a new link to their terms and conditions and this time was told that it was voided due to a mangers decision and all managers decisions are final. This was because the initial email was completely inaccurate and they were searching for an excuse to not have to pay me.
Please Be Aware of 24 VIP Casino and help inform other users that they false advertise with a scam bonus while knowingly void any winnings regardless of what their terms say.

I played at this casino a little bit and this rival games are not very bad because they do give out bonus they dont go like 500spins without a bonus and shit pays.But the bad thing is that when the bonuses hit most of the time i win only like 20x bet or 30x bet never got a huge win maybe im unlucky but on the highest percentage is like this.The minimum deposit is like 25euro and they do have some nice first deposit bonus but you cant cashout the bonus money you can only cashout the winnings even if you wagger it.There was no technical issues on the games they was working good and was no latency lag whatsoever.
24Vip Casino, another Rival group casino, has new good games, great payouts and excellent returns. But I noticed that the Welcome Bonus given by the casino does not allow you to make withdrawals. When I played in this casino I needed to bet and make 20 times the value of the offer without deposit, and I did 3 times more. When I tried to make a deposit and then proceed with the withdrawal of my funds, I received a message saying that that type of bonus did NOT allow any withdrawal .

Its good, just like superior. Its a rival casino, their support (i believe) is the same as sister casino, and they were pretty good handling me when i had an issue. Long story short, there was a double charge and it was a weekend. Navigating the site was confusing at first and the games were pretty cheesy as are the game payouts (at least for the no deposit bonus). $15 bonus is not very generous and didn’t go very far at all.
