I have been playing at Brango for years and the main reason is because they pay fast. Almost always within 10 minutes. Their loyalty program is very good especially the part that they pay you your rewards no matter what and if they give it to you in your rewards section you can use it even if it's more than one between deposits. The only thing I don't like is all of their deposit bonuses except the no rules bonus have a max cashout tied to it, but they always have a no rules available. They approve paperwork fast also. I apparently created an account years ago, and I can't recall the email, username or password. Every time I try to reset it, I am unable to get any information sent to any of the email addresses I use for my account. So then I try to create a new account and I get blocked with a message that says I am only allowed to have one account. So, I have made an account at one point or another, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Then again, I can't stand RTG games, so I doubt my score would be much higher anyway.

I don't know what happened here, but this casino has gone completely down the toilet. They have nothing for bonuses, the more you deposit, the more you lose. They tried to entice me into not closing my account by giving me a $50 chip. Guess what happened? I won $0.82 off of the $50. And then closed my account permanently. And ya know what, it feels good knowing they won't scam me anymore and I've cut ties permanently. Hopefully enough people will do this that they end up fixing their serious issues.

Brango used to be my favorite and it was 100 stars awesome. But the past almost year seems like it's starting to go down hill. This casino isn't taking care of existing members like it always has. The online customer service people are not helpful in anyway and are very rude. Been thinking for the past month to delete this casino. But I keep giving them another chance to see if things will change. They have not! Not sure if I will give them anymore chances.
