Yesterday, after posting my review I realized I could reach out to their support. So I do that, only to be told to reset it again and to be patient. The customer service was rude but ok, I can deal with that. Go change my password and set my password 11 digits long and the system accepts it. Then go to login, and yet again its saying incorrect password. Then I realize that it’s only allowing me up to 10 digits, even tho the system set it with 11 digits. I tell the CS rep and he then tells me, in not so many words, that I somehow was doing something wrong blah blah blah. So I reset my password one more time, setting as 10 digits only and voila, I am able to get in. However, the CS hit me the wrong way so I won’t be back. Plenty of other casinos I love playing.
