While I have had a very good winning experience at El Royale, the account validation process has been very, very long and painful. I could not begin to explain all the back and forth, but I will just say that they told me up to 3 business days to validate my documents and it has been over a week and I have been asked to resubmit the same information multiple times. After 3 days I went on chat and they told me 24 more hours. Then the next day after no response I asked chat again and they said “24 MORE hours”. Also, Their chat support has made me wait up to 30 minutes in between responses. This frequently means the chat times out and then I have to start all over with a new agent. And when I finally do get a response, they can’t help at all because they “can’t contact the billing department from their end”. The other trouble is that when I replied to the email I sent with my documents, asking for an update, I’m told it “reset the process and knocked me back to last in the queue and started the processing time all over again”. The reason I replied was because the chat support told me to send them and email asking for an update. Well that screwed me. Anyway I talked to a manager on chat who seemed very helpful and understanding and said he was escalating my issue but that no one would respond until Monday. This morning (Saturday), I got a response from the validation team – I thought…”Ureka! This painful process is finished”….but NO. They asked me for my bitcoin wallet over email – and I had already sent them that email!! This is the second or third time they asked me for the same information. They must be keeping track of this on post it notes and not have any actual system to show what’s already been done…..I am very empathetic because I actually run a support team for a software company myself. But what makes a good support person is that they have great response time and recognize when someone is trying to give their business money. They do anything they can to help or at least they manage expectations and follow through on what they say they’ll do. Here’s the kicker – I’ve spent THOUSANDS with them so far. And they’re not at all concerned about losing my business. If someone would just take the reigns and finish the process to validate my account so I know it’s secure, I would fe comfortable spending more money. But it’s like they don’t even like money ?! I deposited $100.00 (not counting the $9:00+ in transfer fees) using two different debit/credit cards. That same evening I sent my first e-mail containing my personal, banking and credit card information on the validation form that El Royale Casino (ERC) provides. I played their Craps table game, and since that evening to this present, 04/18/2020, day, have maintained the same winning account balance of $301.00.
Having been told that it takes two day to validate the credit cards and banking information, I called in on 04/03/2020, to question why my ERC account had not been approved for payouts. I was told, that despite my validation forms having the relevant information (username, etc.) I used an e-mail count to send the documents that wasn’t associated with my ERC account, and that I needed to re-send the documents using the e-mail account I used when opening my ERC account. I re-sent the documents on 04/03/2020 using the required account.
My ERC account still having not been authorized to receive payouts, I called in on 04/06/2020 to inquire about why I could receive payouts. I was told that I included a different e-mail address on/in the completed forms that wasn’t the address connected to my account and, that I need to re-submit additional (colored) copies of one of my cards and, the SWIFT/BIC codes. I re-did all of the validation forms, and included the e-mail address used to open my account and, informed ERC that, the attached colored copies of the card in question, were true an accurate copies of the card — which they had no problem accepting my deposit from. I further reminded them, the validation form require the SWIFT/BIC codes only “IF AVAILABLE”. That is, as distinguished from not being able to proceed if certain fields weren’t filled-in, one is able to complete the validation forms without filling-in the field request a SWIFT/BIC codes. I stated in that e-mail and all the ones to follow, that I don’t have any SWIFT/BIC codes for the bank accounts provided.
I called back in on 04/11/2020 and was again told I could not speak with anyone in the Bill Department (where the decision to verify documents and clear accounts for payouts, is made) but that I needed to re-submit my documents and include a copy of the back and front of the same card, and provide the SWIFT/BIC codes for the bank account. Once again, I re-submitted the validation forms and information, using freshly completed documents, with freshly taken “colored” copies of the card in question. I further explained that the attached copies were, again, true an accurate copies of the back and front of the card and, that I do not have any SWIFT/BIC codes — which the validation forms request, IF AVAILABLE.
On 4/13/2020 I received an chain-reply e-mail from ERC (which had all of my prior e-mails attached thereto, except my e-mail of 04/11/2020) requesting the exact same information/documents described above. I replied and asked ERC to disregard my request to add the two bank accounts and card in question, and just use the approved card for deposits and payouts.
It should be noted that additional calls had been made throughout this period, however, no manager within the call center was ever available to assist me. A promised call-back from a manager was never received. And, depending on which representative I happened to reach, the Billing Department could or could not be reached to discuss the matter. The one consistent,n I was never abloe to speak with anyone in billing or had authority to do anything.

Casino feels nice, no deposit bonus worked just fine and it was generous 50 spins at 0.90 on gemtopia what is very nice with max withdrawal of 150. I dont like though, that all the match bonuses from casino even though very generous, hold max payout of 30x the deposit. That just doesnt seem right for me, hitting the jackpot accidentally would mean almost no win with the promotion active.
I signed up and tried the casino with LCB’s exclusive no deposit bonus. Luckily I had no problems verifying my email which is often the case with RTG casinos. I also had no problems with claiming the bonus. I won 20$ from it and had a bit of a playtime. Games loaded quickly, no technical issues appeared. I definitely had a nice time with no deposit needed. Although I am not a fan of RTG software and games, the casino lobby looked nice and the game selection was pleasing. So far no complaints from my part and would recommend to try them out, I might make a deposit there.
