I was never told about 5 days of delay personally I was rather signified that the withdrawal was done quickly less than 1 hour in bitcoin. what the agent told me in the chat.
I confirmed my account a few hours ago by sending all the documents but I hesitate to deposit the 25 euros required to recover the 100 euros to win.
for documents I was answered in less than 30 minutes but when I asked them if everything was ok for my winnings of 100 euros that I had to deposit 25 is therefore withdrawing 125 I remain unanswered.

Okay here’s the deal. I actually really loved this casino! I was so stoked playing here.
