Requested withdrawal of $1000 on July 12th 2020 – Support denied the withdrawal as when they deducted the extra winnings from my account once I hit play through they didn’t deduct the $125 bonus amount at the same time. Then they re-requested for the $875 right then and their. I was like, ok I can live with that since their site says bitcoin withdrawals are in most cases processed within 48 hours. Three days later I hit up withdrawal support and they said I needed to do verification paperwork and send it in with the usual copy of ID and current bill.
