Be careful at this site when it comes to redeeming bonuses and information provided by their customer support team. I won on a bonus and was denied a withdrawal because I claimed 3 no deposit bonuses in a row. I was told by the CSR that I had 12 and I could claim 3 in a row without a deposit. So I did . That apparently made me inelgible to withdraw any winnings and was the reason for the denial. When i explained this to the support team, they were not willing to work with me at all and said it was in the terms and conditions. However, when I read the terms and conditions, there were 3 areas discussing no deposit bonses and all had different instructions. One section mentioned the 12 no deposit bonses a year (chips and free spins) another mentions you can use up to 5 in a row and then another just metnnons no mu Little NDB can be used in a row.
