They were very snotty and made me feel unwelcome, and refused to listen to plausible reason to change their decision to ban me from bonuses off the bat. I have been playing here at Lincoln for over 3 years, made several deposits and never received any kind of bonuses , including sign up. I did receive birthday bonuses but you cant play tournaments with it. I have not been lucky here and went to Liberty for a change. Same thing.
