Constant problems with the slots, they would lag, then I would be booted out of the slot and casino because “Couldn’t connect with server” or “The game is experiencing a delay” I would then have to wait 5 minutes before I could log back in. And it was not because of my connection, I was connected at 700 mbps. This went on for hours, customer service wasn’t able to help me, all they could say is that they were having known issues with Pragmatic games, I explained to them that it was more than just Pragmatic, that I was having the same issues with Microgaming and Play’n go. All they could do is create a “ticket” for there tech dept to look into. That was a week ago, nobody has reached out to me and inform me that the problem is fixed, i’ve messaged there customer service and all they tell me is to keep waiting. I asked for some credit to make up for the money that was wasted by this issue, which they declined. They seem to think having these issues and there players having a horrible experiences is an acceptable way to operate a casino. I would Stay clear from this casino.

Well now I understand that I had good feelings about this site deposited there twice in past few years was attracted by Polish stream but when I deposited I never won anything I lost it quickly always, now y can read from other people they avoid paying what a shame casino , I will never deposit there again thanks for saving me from further deposit
