I’ve been trying for weeks to verify my account so that I am eligible for cash outs. I sent in what was requested on the site. They then asked for ID and proof of address. Fair enough but would be nice if that was listed straight out as communication is not quick from them. Then they asked for a cc auth form which I had already submitted. I resubmitted it. I think this casino asks for too much for a deposit from what i have seen. A lot of the bonuses they want you to deposit usually 50 or more to qualify. I have only played here once or twice but they werent very friendly or welcoming.
