Mad is an understatement. I deposited at red stage today and bought like 4 tourneys re buying a few and nothing at all, not even playtime. I did claim a chip from the shop, and after i lose that, i will never deposit again. I have never seen such horrid tournament out come or play time on a deposit. I deposited yesterday and did a re- buy for the LCB tournament. My starting balance was $27 instead of $50. Support was nice but i didn’t get my issue resolved. Games are very hard to win on. Well, I tried the new nd, but was told via pop up that I was ineligible. When I questioned support they said the code was only for “relatively new accts”. Mine is relatively new. The prob with such statements of course is that “relatively new” seems to be at the discretion of support. My acct is just three months old.
