All in All Red Stag Support is Mediocre, I think they are underpaid and get really busy, someo f the seasoned support staff are blatently to the point, and not as friendly and compassionate as other ones. I’ve had heated disscussions with support and found my instant coupon button gone the next day. Still missing it. I haVENT redeemed a bonus since last december because of this. Support does not have the ability to apply any bonus codes outside of a depositing one when you make a deposit, trust me I’ve asked several times. They made me deposit to play tournaments,let me play one tournament and stopped me in half of another tournament while i still had funds but i couldnt play so i had to lose and they just told me to lose my money on normal game and stopped my account for too much tournaments played.
