I’m planning on making some deposits into this site in the near future. I’m already pretty solidly devoted to my other RTG site, but something about this site just makes RTG feel new and fresh. I got a good bonus, but didn’t win anything. Support was as good as you could ask for, ever helpful. The site, like I said is designed very well with a very modern and sleek feel and twist on an old software. Just to be fair and follow up on my last posts…I did eventually get paid. It was a long process. After splitting the $420 into two payments, I waited for the second half and it was not coming. I was then told I had to request the remaining $210 as a new withdrawal. I was never told this, and was not happy…I did not split the payout, they did. So after waiting a week, I had to do a new withdrawal request, and about 8 business days later I received the remaining $210. All in all, about 6 weeks from when I sent docs to when I got all paid via bitcoin. So, at least I got paid, but was a major hassle and took excessively long. Won’t be playing here again, but you can all decide for yourselves.

I wanted to give an update to my previous post a few spots down. (As someone else mentioned, thank goodness for sites like this to share our experiences…I have no idea how this casino got such a solid rating initially on this and other review sites. )
To briefly recap the initial post…I created a new account, and made a few real $ deposits, with no wins. They kept insisting I call anyway to do a phone verification, promising a $70 free chip to do so. So I did the phone thing, got the chip, and actually won this time. Chip had a 6x max withdrawal, so I was eligible for $420. Went to withdraw, said I need to send documents. I sent everything the next day (June 22nd). After weeks of a little response every few days, I finally got help from the rep here to nudge them. Magically, the next morning they responded (July 8th). If you are keeping score at home, this was approximately 16 days to verify my documents.
Now for the new info…I requested the withdrawal via bitcoin that morning. After a week or so, I had received nothing, so checked on status. Was informed can take a week to process. Got a message on July 17th that was being sent. Keep in mind, this is 9 days from the request time for bitcoin, which to me is pretty absurd, but OK. It was apparently pending all day (possibly sent with low fee or whatever), but I finally received something late in the day. $210. What?? So I messaged them confirming that I received the $210, but where is the other $210? Are you really sending such a small cashout in multiple payments??? Four days later (This morning, July 22), I finally get a response (BTW, nearly every inquiry I sent took 3-4 days for a response. That is insanely bad service). They said ‘Thank you for your response and the confirmation of receipt. Please be kindly informed that according to our Terms and Conditions: “the Casino reserves the right to divide some payments into multiple installments and send them over a stated period of time.”‘
So again, no mention of when I can expect the 2nd installment. I asked this in response, but will likely be days to hear back. Splitting a $420 bitcoin withdrawal into two payments (the second of which may end up taking nearly 3 weeks from when withdrawal was put in), is ridiculous and pointless. Are they hoping I forget about the rest and might stop following up? Sounds like a cash-flow problem perhaps, which is real bad news.
So…Verification docs (after I had done a phone verify earlier) sent June 22nd. 26 days later I finally received half of my $420 request. Waiting indefinitely now on the rest. I have only played on a few different sites, but I can’t imagine any of this is customary for a high-rated reputable casino. I got verified in a day or so on Casino Extreme, and then got my bitcoin withdraw in an hour. That’s how it should be done, and I can’t think of any reason to play at this site unless I see otherwise.

I created an account at Rich Palms a few weeks ago, and made a few deposits. I had fun playing and liked the style of the site, but unfortunately I did not win. They called my phone a couple times but I was unavailable. After making an additional deposit, they kept emailing that I should verify my account by phone. The email offered a free chip to do the phone verify. I lost the last deposit, but did the phone verification for the future, plus figured why not get the free chip. Well I finally won something with the free chip, met the playthrough requirements, and was ready to cashout the maximum 6x value allowed with this chip. Here’s where the frustration started…
Despite doing the phone verification, the option to even request a withdrawal was unavailable in the cashier…It said have to complete account verification. Another typical rtg casino – the most important factor to me with these is if they pay your winnings and how long does it take. If this is legit then maybe I might deposit… I do appreciate the free chip sign up bonus.

I just played at Rich Palms and it seems decent like Will says. I like that they appear to have more deposit options available which should appeal to US players. Unfortunately, I was unable to make playthrough with the $50 LCB bonus although I was able to play for a good while.
