This is a safe casino to play at. I have cashed out multiple times over the last few years. Their customer support is generally very fast and always friendly. They have a daily free spins feature that increases from 5 free spins on day 1 to 40 free spins on day 7 and every day thereafter. This continues as long as you have had a deposit within the last 3 days. Also, the free spins aren’t at game minimum bet. I have cashed out on these free spins many times. They also offer cashback chips from customer service chats, even when depositing on a bonus.
There are two negatives with this casino, however. First, they have very low withdrawal limits at $500/day, $2000/week. One of the lowest I’ve ever seen. Also, their payouts are slow…it takes 7 days. But it has always been very consistent.

Great casino but the verification process takes a while for your 1st cashout
I am actually surprised this casino has a decent rating. After making several deposits, I finally won and tried to make my first withdrawal. The verification process is a total joke and customer service is awful. After one month of going back and fourth and them saying they never received my documents, I burned my winnings back. This is just a really bad casino group. Numerous deposits lost. Finally won $350 and cashed out. The cashout process for documents has taken many weeks.
