What is it we’re all searching for? What is the perfect online casino, what should the elusive one have? The biggest number of games? The most generous bonuses and promo offers? Is it something else?
Enough, with the questions, as we strongly believe that the truth is somewhere in the middle, and there is no perfect online betting venue, even though many of them out there are trying to get as close to perfection as possible…
Rich Palms Casino might just be that little, middle-of-the-road casino, that provides a healthy balance of everything and comes with its own little set of flaws as well…
We have not independently verified a current operating licence for Rich Palms. Earlier descriptions of acceptance in the US and Australia are not proof of current eligibility or local authorisation.
It may not have the largest games lobby in the world, but it is well-stocked with a multitude of different games from Visionary iGaming and Real Time Gaming, two industry giants.
The earlier review described promotions and a VIP club. Those observations do not establish current benefits, eligibility or the value of a particular offer.
The original review recorded Bitcoin among the payment options and linked to an LCB announcement about Rich Palms. Payment-brand inclusion and a promotional announcement do not independently establish operator reliability.
Now…
…without further ado, let’s pop its shiny hood open and see what these guys are all about and whether they are worthy of your attention and your time, shall we?

The original Rich Palms review listed USD and AUD account currencies and Bitcoin payments. Its payment methods list included Visa, Mastercard, American Express, gift cards and Neosurf vouchers. These are historical entries, not confirmation that every option remains available.
The old review also listed cards, cryptocurrencies and bank wire for withdrawals, but did not establish current support for each direction.

Rich Palms Casino offers a nice no deposit bonus of 45 dollars which is a great way to jump into online slots without spending any of your own money. I used the 45 dollar no deposit bonus just to see what the casino was all about and it made the experience fun and risk free Getting free cash upfront means you can try out a variety of slot games and maybe even score some wins without touching your own wallet
The casino has a solid selection of classic and modern slots so there is something for everyone The no deposit bonus is straightforward with no complicated rules or catches to slow you down It is perfect for people who want to try an online casino for the first time or want extra spins without any commitment
While 45 dollars will not make you rich overnight it is enough to test the waters and get a feel for how the site works If you are cautious about spending money but want to enjoy the thrill of slots Rich Palms 45 dollar no deposit bonus is a smart way to play risk free..although I haven’t deposited yet, it’s on my list to do so!
Cool layout, decent bonus – worth a try!
I gave Rich Palms a shot because of the no-deposit bonus, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The games run smooth and look good. I had some fun with the free spins – didn’t hit it big, but still enjoyed the experience.
Deposit process was clean, no hiccups. Didn’t withdraw yet, so I can’t speak on that. Support was fast and friendly when I had a quick question. Overall, not a bad place to play – especially if you like a retro Vegas vibe.
Will I play again? Most likely.
Would I recommend? Yeah, especially for bonus hunters!
The bonuses for new signups are fantastic, making it an exciting and rewarding casino to play at right from the start
Hello. I had a very bad experience trying log in to Rich Palms to play the $45 bonus. I was excited at first because I have played at this game center before and I like that they have some off the beaton path games you dont find everywhere. It started with the login. I had to reset my password and wasnt recieving the reset email so I had to go to the chat room and get help and after chasing my tail for half an hour and finally getting logged in the code I was using came up bad and of course back to the chat room where I am told I am not one of the chosen ones and dont fit the criteria for this bonus. They didnt respond when I asked them what criteria I didnt fit.
No matter. I was so worn out just getting there and then ya kick a girl when shes down with the old “ya dont fit the criteria'” was enough for me.
SAD
The only downside is there’s not many no deposit bonuses for existing players but you do get daily free spins for three days after your deposit so it’s awesome!
I really liked the game selection on this site and the bonus was a better one. I will definitely come back to this one with some deposits and if it withdraws easily it will be a new staple for me.
Happy with casino great games I think it is sister site is comic play but great casino and games
I gotta say I had alot of fun playing. I actually made the wagering amount asked. I was getting really lucky with that one game. I think it was called Desert Treasures. The very first one anyways. I was literally up all night uo until like 10 or 11 am I was too excited to put my phone down haha. I just love the adrenaline I get when Im actually winning. It was truly fun and I do see myself actually making a deposit in the future. Thank you RichPalms
Rich Palms Casino has a really nice approach to online gaming, with a user-friendly interface and appealing design. The bonuses for new signups are fantastic, making it an exciting and rewarding casino to play at right from the start
The progressive jackpot slots here are amazing! I saw some huge prize pools, and it really makes spinning exciting knowing there’s a chance to hit big.
this place has come a long way in my opinion I gave it a shot recently. I used to steer clear from this casino before they re-skined their website but now they seem like they have a decent library of games, clean UI and the LCB bonus work without any hiccup as long as I signed up from the link provided on LCB.
they definately changed their games or am i trippen? wasn’t this like an rtg site? well now i guess it’s not? but i think it changed for the better, they have a wider variety of games to chose from and they all (feels like) have like a good rtp, i don’t find myself losing quick at all, haven’t withdrawn yet tho only cause they require a high verification deposit. however i do have a balance ready to withdraw , and i will , whenever i am able to deposit
It was fun, didn’t cash to out so i can’t speak on that but overall it was easy to claim bonus and get started
Casino seems to be ok. Bonus code does not work. Website was a bit slow and glitchy.
Rich palms casino no deposit bonuses are always updated and easy to redeem
The No Deposit Bonus Code worked, Variety of games, though it seems like you cannot win with it. Might Just be me personally.
Seems casino is gathering dust… Chat support was virtually non existent. I literally thought after 10 mins “did they abandoned this casino?” Didn’t get good vibes nor good payouts. Better options out there I think
Slow,, not at all fun! The service took 20 minutes to answer, and did not come back with an answer, and asked again?
Rich Palms has switched from RTG/SpinLogic games to offering a mixture of games that resemble more of what a player should expect to find when playing at IgnitionCasino.lv and its sister casinos. This change has taken place fairly recently, March 2024. Anywho, I do like the casino’s new web design. It appears very trendy, as if playing at a resort.
thanks for the no deposit bonus but unfortunately I disagree with the following: after playing the wagering requirements and sending my documents to verify my account they tell me that I must deposit $ 50 to reach the minimum withdrawal of $ 100 after that play once my deposit, this condition on the part of the casino is a term too much in their favor since the chances of losing are very high I understand that you have to make a verification deposit and play it once but here two things the minimum deposit is 50 and the minimum withdrawal is 100 it is very difficult to achieve this bonus is a loss I am sorry to comment but that happened to me I will let it lose.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The bonus code I received didn’t work and the customer support took forever to respond. When they finally did, they weren’t able to resolve the issue. The promises made about the bonus were not kept. Because of this, I can’t give a higher rating.
MAJOR UPDATE:
The logo may be the same, but if it weren’t for the Rich Palms Casino emblem, you wouldn’t recognize the casino’s site if you haven’t visited since I’d say, April/May 2024?
Anywho, although I can’t pinpoint the exact date when the change took place, the facts remain the same: The casino’s site has undergone a massive renovation and depending on your point of view, for better or worse.
For the “worse” crowd, that conclusion would be because the casino has removed the vast majority of its RTG/SpinLogic offerings when playing slots.
For the “better” crowd, that determination may be influenced because of the new gaming options being offered. In fact, with the new update, I’d say at minimum, Rich Palms has doubled the amount of games members can engage with than prior to its makeover.
What would make me give the casino a 5-Star rating is if the casino offered BOTH the RTG/SpinLogic games AND all of its updated library simultaneously.
I personally only recognized some of their new games and that’s because Rich Palms Casino now features a lot of the gaming library that can be found on Ignition Casino.
This casino has more games to choose from when you play with your bonus money the games are up to date and they also make it easy for you to claim your bonuses
I really like this casino. The layout the games are just alot better than most
code didnt work… support gave me a $20 chip instead. same rtg bull crap games. felt like i had zero chance playing their recommended games. lost nearly every wager made on 3 different games. Thank goodness all these garbage casinos give out free chips so you can try it out and see how terrible they are for free. Its like they are shooting themselves in the foot. My theory that anyone who gives free money out online is a scam is correct… a few of the legit ones will do it very rarely, but so far, all the sites that offer free money all day every day are trash.
SCAM!!! Used the welcome bonus and managed to play through the wagering requirements – site immediately shut down and my balance went from over 2000$ to 1$. Contacted support and shut down my account. Do not play on this site.
Run of the mill euro casino like the countless others. Same decent selection of games and fair amount of promos. Slots seem more dead than others though. Burned through multiple bonuses without any kind of hits already.
It’s alright- their customer service is actually very nice & helpful- bonuses are pretty good as well
The welcome bonus worked without issue and I had no problems. I didn’t have much luck but that can happen. I’m totally satisfied with everything here and all worked well that I tried. I only played slots so my perspective is somewhat limited but from what I experienced, all was well.
Bottom of the barrel for a real time gaming casino. Everything seems to be the same as the rest but it seems to be a little more difficult to win here and cashout times are even slower than the others in my experience. Overall Id have to say that I would look elsewhere before putting my money into this casino
This online casino is just fine. I was able to get verified and withdraw in a decent timeframe.
They gave a $25 free chip after signing up. Customer service was quick and helpful.
Really enjoyed the free chip code. It has my favorite games, I managed to play for a while on the $25 chip. Lots of fun, will deposit here in the future.
This casino is alright. I honestly got a little bored while playing my $25. I wish they would let us use the bonus for table games. The available games weren’t anything special. 40x play through, ick. All in all it’s okay but i’m not depositing. The site lagged during my registration and I absolutely hate that.
Not a bad spot but bonuses go after a big win and there are better options. No longer play here since bonus removal
This casino is decent, typical rtg that doesn’t stand out above the rest but good bonuses. Haven’t cashed out from here yet but hopefully soon
I like the games and the bonuses are decent but I haven’t ever won enough to cash out.
The support people at this casino have stated that this casino is NOT affiliated with the casinos listed as sister online casinos!!! Like 888 Tiger, Superior Casino, VIP casino, Luckly Tiger casino and so on… Just thought I would let someone know this!
I like rich palms casino. The games play fairly and it’s a good choice to pick if you’re looking for slots games. My experience with them has been great and I look forward to playing on this site in the future.
Rich Palms is ok but they arre very stingy with free chips/fs.
A while back, I deposited at RPC because LCB RECCOMMENDS THEM ON THe homepage. I played, I lost and RPC never offered me anything. I also never see ndb posted anywhere for depositing players. I know that casinos don’t have to offer fs etc but Most casinos will kick down a freebie, sometimes more (limitless casino) I have 2 fave casinos that I LIKE depositing at because they have been super generous from day 1.
Good casino with good bonuses… nice welcome bonus .. I’ve had decent luck with them but never cashed out cause I’m greedy. Lol
its an ok casino the games are fun but the win ratio isnt very good. i havent won anything here yet but who knows maybe i will soon. customer suppourt is ok and fast.
I like this casino! It has a good welcome bonus that gets off to a good start. I am yet to cash out so don’t know how the payout speed is yet. If I ever do I’ll update my rating. So far so good
It’s ok though I wish there were more three reel options or ability to change lines.
Above average casino with recognizable games. Fast platform. Not sure about cashouts etc because I didn’t win anything.
I’m not a huge fan of this casino. For some reason it just doesn’t stand out in any way and I have not won much. I would pass and have not included it on my list of casino plays. Move on to a casino with better deals!
Nothing is special about this casino at all. Doesnt seem like they care about the people that are depositing with them.
Really try this casino it seems all right checking out the tournament playing
I wouldn’t recommend depositing though.. it could just be my horrible luck but I deposited $30 to redeem a bonus a while ago. Ended up finishing the play through and winning $300. But they avoided and ignored me. Only to finally hear from them saying I watered on a slot that wasn’t allowed 🤨 idk just be careful!
no luck yet bonuses are pretty good the platform is easy to get around and find the game you wana play if you know what you wana play. almost cashed out on there free chip. overall its ok would give a better rating if I had cashout.so don’t know to much about there withdrawal time
So far I haven’t had luck with this one. I do love rtg casinos. If I do make enough to withdraw, lcb will be the first place I post about it. Playthrough is a bit high. But not crazy high. I place this one in my so far so good category.
