I deposited at wazamba via the PAYID method numerous times. On my last deposit I deposited 28 dollars via PayID and the money was not credited to my account.
PAYID is listed an instant deposit in their site, and it had been instant previously. I told them in chat and I got the response to wait a couple of hours and then ask them again. I was then told a couple of hours later that it had been forwarded to their finance department and to check my emails regularly for an up date.
It has been 4 days now and still not in my account. Every time I ask support I get the same generic “ it’s with our finance department, they are looking into it now “ response. I can’t seem to get anything else out of them and it feels like a palm off. I don’t understand what takes so long to check.
