I have been a customer at yabby for well over a year. I’ve never had issues with them until this last week. I finally won a jackpot on fortunate Buddha for $9000. I was “star vip” which means I can withdraw up to 12k a week, and 8k a day…I went to withdraw only to be told the maximum daily is $4k. Confused, I showed customer support their own terms and conditions about allowed withdrawals based on vip status. They told me they could not help me. I withdrew the 4k successfully. I asked support if I could come back the next day and withdraw another $4k. They assured me I could.
Now for the best part.
