it is according to their T&C’s that certain countries must meet higher wagering requirements. No problem and sent the request for a withdrawal , after more than 2 days cause i was asking for the money to be sent in my neteller account ( same as your deposit must the withdrawal made ) and its stated that takes 1-2 working days , i received an email stating that my bonus must be rolled over 12 times the bonus that was credited to my account , never used and canceled just after it was credited. If i was going with my withdrawal they will give me obly the ammount i was deposited 60 $. i was not happy about that but what can we do? so started to play at slots and lost everything i was making at sportsbooking ( i needed to play at sporting bets to make the rollover ) Managed to go up and down making bets and losing at casino until the balance got down to scratch. I could make a withdrawal afterall for at least 500 $ if i played 100 $ on every result in a footbal match whit odds 2.50 for home win , 3.40 for a draw and 2.60 for away win after the match i could be down 50 at most and with 300 $ from the 720 $ rollover done. but i was pissed at this casino and wanted to give it a shot and maybe win big. The 3d slots are unbelievable. The new member package was undeniable and i personally loved how quick and responsive this casino is. I am not that impressed. Played 80 pounds in this casino over 5 deposits and lost every time. Last time deposited 20 pounds and got 25 pound bonus and lost it without receiving a bonus. I understand this is just about possible, but I dont think slots are very loose here and there are better casinos that pay out more. That is my opinion. Maybe other players have been luckier. I was a bit surprised to see that the ratings are low, but wanted to give it a try anyway. I say this because I was having a blast, and so far didn’t have any problems (not for bonuses, not for withdrawal). They combine Microgaming with some other software providers (these I am not that familiar with), into a pretty nice offer of different games. This is one of the casinos that covers it all, with a classic casino games, live games, arcade games, but also live and sports betting. Since I don’t really do sports, I was playing some roulette and blackjack, but without much luck I’m afraid. Still, I plan to try the slots, that I play almost all the time. I really enjoy the 3D slots offered by 10bet. They’re fun, dynamic and quite entertaining. The welcome package was generous which allowed for quite a bit of playtime. They do offer other slots such as microgaming but I’ve found their promotion specials to be geared toward the 3D slots alone, which is fine by me as there’s many microgaming alternatives. However, a player doesn’t need to take a deposit promotion and can play any software as they see fit with a straight deposit. I personally had a fair bit of trouble with verifying my documents and more than one run-in with support. Their verification process is quite tedious compared to many other casinos (ID, CC scans, telephone verification, verification form) and ask for new scans of new CCs (so fair warning to players using one-time prepaids). However, to their credit, their manager was, and is, accommodating and willing to work with players aiding in the verification process. At the end of the day, it was resolved to my satisfaction as I’m now fully verified after their stringent security measures. If you’ve the time (and patience) the games are enjoyable and the support, if not stellar, at least amiable. I’ll continue depositing with 10bet.
