Extremely ambiguous conclusions about this room. I registered, everything seems normal at first glance, I played several tournaments and I have a vague feeling that there are a lot of bots in the room, some players just play inappropriately, strangely. In general, there are tournaments, there are freerolls, but I didn’t like the game in the room, there is no feeling when I want to return to the room
LOVE betonline-not for the normal reasons though. One day about 7 years ago, i had made an Echeck deposit for 100 which ended up bouncing (I had accedently used the account numbers from a recently closed bank account) but before realizing this-I ran that 100 up to 11k lol (all from OG cleopatras gold RTG slot). Now, NORMALLY that means any winnings that originate from an un-collectable deposit would be voided (sites can’t let you freeroll them obv!). Once realizing my mistake I took a screen shot of my balance…then closed the site and drank until i forgot about it.
Fast forward 5 years. I am going through an old phone and come across the pic of the 11k balance on BetOnline (luckily from the cashier page which also showed my acccount number). I decide to try to log in an my account is frozen. I talk to live support and they make me send in my ID and all that jazz. after i do an am waiting to hear back I ask support rep what the balance is on the account and am told 10k and change.
Long story short after some back and fourth i am told the account was closed due to multi accounting (false) I fight them on that and they change it to me owing them 600 from bad deposits (impossible as back then the limit was 100 for echeck deposits per week) I fight them on that as well but they don’t budge and say i gotta pay 600 and they will unlock account and i can cash out the balance.
I don’t trust them and assume they just want me to pay 600 and then will say the balance is voided as it was won with a “bad deposit” (because that is WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE lol). Bet Online casino is one of my favorite casinos to play at. I like that they have daily slot tournaments for anyone who has made a deposit within the last 30 days with prizes going to the top 100 spots. I also like how fast and effortless the deposit and withdraw process is. The games seem on par with most online casinos and I’ve won and cashed out on multiple occasions.

I have played here quite a bit and not a fan to be honest. Their minimum bets are set to be much higher than other sites. Some games will allow a small bet but they hardly ever give decent wins. Most of the rest are set to .75 or $1 per spin as a minimum. Their bonuses are lacking to say the least and what they do have come with huge playthroughs that are hard to win. The bonus system is also kind of weird, it has its own tab and it is hard to find. Cashed out once and had a relatively smooth experience with bitcoin payout. Lots of games to choose from which is always nice.
Finally decided to close account as their vip program is vip in name only and offers no real benefits and their so called vip service is very inept and have no power to do anything. The last straw was them holding my payout for 7 days for a small echeck deposit when I deposited thousands. I have given them enough chances to treat players right and they failed
This casino has potential- they have a lot of good games, pay extremely fast and big but seem to neglect casino players- very little bonus and cashback. I was going to close account but they started a vip program for players and said I was now a vip I was excited to actually be treated right as a player but really the only difference between a vip and a player that makes one deposit is a vip get free spins one time a week and a 100% deposit bonus but huge playthru. They still restrict vips to only two withdraws a week same as a one time player, their vip support is not very competent and it usually takes multiple emails and calls to get anything done and they can’t give bonuses at will, also even though I have played here for a long time thousands of dollars and am a “VIP” they are holding my cashout for 7 days because I made a small echeck deposit. I have made them before without issue and have an excellent track record. If you are going to have a vip program and want to attract more high roller business then start actually treating your vip players like vips and not standard players. More withdraws per week and no ridiculous withdraw delays. You could really increase business if you take care of the players that actually play and deposit
They’re poker room has really went down hill lately. All their tournaments are now pkos. This used to be my favorite poker site. Their casino however has always been less than desirable. They run some of my least favorite software. There are only a couple betsoft games I ever play. Not only that but they are the only casino who sets most of their games at a $1 bet per spin minimum. I have only had a small amount of luck there a couple times with bonus money.
Really got screwed out of a bonus once and reps never fixed it, but not bad overall.
I enjoy the time I spend playing here, but I will say they need to get more providers on the casino side. Especially live games, the selection they have now is just disappointing especially for such a big name in the online casino business. Also the withdraw process is way too long, and if you deposit with a debit card then you have to wait 7 days before you can even request a withdraw And then you still have to wait for it to process and actually be approved to be sent.
A total letdown won $2000 to have $100,000 wagering requirement put behind a free slot tournament totally bogus if I had $100,000 I wouldn’t be playing in a free damn slot tournament. Js they need to be more clear that it’s not free free you definitely pay for it
This casino has a lot of games and it easy to get around their site. Their customer service agents are nice and helpful. I wish there were more games that were cheaper to play, though. The only penny keno kinda hates me, so…….but other than that, I have won an very easily cashed out. honestly, that shocked the heck out of me, but totally NOT complaining! I rate this site a .1 because i will admit, that the 2 times i have managed some form of cash out(they were minimal) I received them very quickly (btc). On the other hand, I do not trust their games, either live dealer or computer. I have seen some questionable things to say the least at both roulette and baccarat (baccarat no questions asked, I will copy my post below about this) and roulette, well there’s no proving anything here, but when you’re essentially betting the field and they manage to hit the one number that hurts you the most each time, and the ball seems to get their with a mind of it’s own, it really makes you start to wonder. Their computerized blackjack is a joke to say the least, do not waste your money trying, just steer clear. If you’re looking to gamble, stick to the card games where you can see the shoe, and even then i found an old article on here in which a dealer was caught either cheating or making a mistake that might as well be cheating (same as what happened to me at baccarat, except i didn’t have my session recorded, that is something i recommend to all players at all sites, just so you have something to back you up with what happened). Honestly, I came here for the poker, i’m staying, at least for the time being, for the poker, but even that is questionable at best. Also, their slots have some of the highest min bets i have ever seen at any casino, so perhaps i’m just not baller enough for them. I’ll let you decide, but that’s my experience.
I recently had a dealer at their live baccarat pull two jacks for the player, a 10 and 5 for the banker, then proceeded to pull the players card (an 8), scan it, and then set it back by the shoe, scoop up the cards, and then use it again as the players first card. Other players and myself were calling for a floor person, but the dealer just continued dealing, no idea if they could see our chat or not, no idea if this was deliberate or just some poor girl not wanting to lose her job after making a mistake, none the less, i immediately went to bet onlines support to let them know this was going on, and since i didn’t have video of it, they apparently weren’t perturbed at all. I’ve since run into some sketchy things at their live european roulette, and their non-live games? Dont touch those with a 10 foot stick. They’re a joke.
