If you want to gamble online this used to be the best place to go. Up until the beginning of this month that is. They changed the vip rewards completely wiping out the free chip, changed the cashback minimum.

Every since they changed some of the boobies rules it’s been not so great. For example they offer daily bonus no deposit but then removed for deposit ratio. It’s like don’t offer them daily I deposit don’t get me wrong I’ve spent thousands of dollars. On top of that I referred my mom and sister and we share computer and tablets and I have them already verified and they think it’s replicate accounts and didn’t pay out bonus. I hope they get better customer service as well.

I am closing my account after playing with Extreme for many years. It use to be my favorite go to casino and even during the dry spells, I still returned and would rally back now and then. $50 deposits at least lasted awhile and I had payouts on a few free spins/cashbacks and from a few no bonus deposits. This past year, I’ve noticed changes in game play and recently they changed the terms of their cashback offer to the players’ disadvantage. The loyalty bonus’ use to be pretty good but they have lowered the amounts and I have yet to get through the playthrough (when/if I actually get one, the frequency of them have been lessened as well). The rtp seems to be lower and even though I’ve doubled my deposits, I still don’t get much play. I’m pretty sure that those who have played at Extreme for a long time recognize the recent changes. I have played at this casino for years and now all the sudden without notice they changed the terms and conditions without telling the players. I found out the hard way. They changed the rollover to 35x and the max cashout from 30x deposit to 15x deposit. The casino chat agent said they don’t have to inform the players of terms and condition changes. This is bad business and usually means things are not going good. To many other casino to play in to be limited to a 15x max cashout with 35 x rollover.
