I used to play here but closed my account due to the poor customer service. They were very rude, you could never get a straightforward answer when needing clarification. On the positive side they do offer many free play options and bonuses, especially for depositing players. Also the withdrawal time is phenomenal, once verified, it literally takes minutes once you have requested your funds. You’re paid virtually immediately. At least they used to. I have been a loyal player at Extreme and Brango for a long time and they have always been my “go to” casinos. However, this evening I was notified AFTER depositing and losing that management at BOTH casinos has decided to no longer offer cash back for non coupon deposits. I’m furious, because I would have never deposited money if I knew they no longer offered the cash back. No announcement was made, players were not notified. If you are not eligible to use coupons, this is the only “perk” available to you. Now, they’ve taken that away without justification or cause.

Don’t bother I can tell you based off a overal consensus of every rtg slot site, during a deposit with money with a bonus you will get more bonuses for greater amounts of win amount, because they know you’ll only be able to cash out a certain amount of that win minus whatever they fronted you to play with at first. Again this is why don’t choose to play here as a first go to, they’ll never fork out that type of money and if they do it’s only because lots and lots of people are depositing on the site at once or because you’ve lost a great deal first. I love this casino and its sister casino brango. I’ve won big and sometimes often. I don’t always understand how they come to the decision of free/ loyalty bonuses and how often as there hasn’t been alot of consistency in that area but really if that’s all I have to complain about then I’d say they’re doing pretty damn good. I’m upset. I used to absolutely LOVE this casino site until recently. Now that everything is finalized I can give a honest review of the site. My dislikes would definitely be that it took them quite awhile to verify my account after giving them clear and legible documents that I’ve had verified on other brother or sister accounts, most of which always take 10 business days or longer to verify my account for some crazy reason. I got a free chip or free spins from them and won 50$’s which was there minimum cash out requirement and like previously stated I did receive the 50$’s but first had to deposit 10$’s so basically only won 40$’s which is better then most places. I understand that there is a verification process and that it can take a few days or more to complete.
