Can someone please tell me if they’ve had issues with casino extreme and being disconnected while in the middle of playing their slot machines but not realizing they were disconnected? I know this sounds like a weird question to ask but I’ve noticed over time since playing there that I’ll randomly get disconnected from their servers, but I won’t even know it happened because there will be no notification or automatic return to lobby feature. Hey Henny, I know this is 2 months since you’ve written this but I know exactly what you’re talking about. I think most people don’t realize it because they keep playing until they lose everything and just think they just lost. But I go through these same dry spells that you do where I don’t hit for anything and every time, doesn’t matter if it has been 5 minutes since logging in or 15 but every time I get that we are losing streak, I go straight to refresh or click out of the game and I’m being prompted to log in. When everything’s going fine just to make sure that I’m not losing my mind I refresh or exit out of the game even when I’m winning and there’s never a prompt to log in. It only shows that I’m logged off and been disconnected once I go on these losing streaks. Now I don’t think support doesn’t believe you or thinks you’re just trying to get a handout, I honestly believe they know something shady is going on but they’re not going to snitch on themselves. As far as getting any help, dont hold your breathe and expect to end up more frustrated.
