The customer service staff at this casino are, for the most part, very friendly and helpful. Overall I’ve had a good experience with this casino, though there are two things that I’d rate negatively. One of the main slots I play, Plentiful Treasures, seems to have had it’s play changed overnight a day or two ago. I wager quite frequently and deposited around 20k into bovada in 2018. I am on the highest rewards tier and i get 20% cashback on casino losses credited to my account the following day. Which is nice.
But with Casino Extreme I have just began playing and I can also get 20% cashback. And its instant! no need to wait a day. Also i have heard that the payouts are literally instant vs bovada which takes about 3 days (both via bitcoin). Although i have yet to experience a payout, i am looking forward to this great feature. So far I have only deposited small amounts into Casino Extreme (testing it out) but i will say that it does look very promising and so far I have no complaints about this Casino. Cant say i would recommend it just yet, because i havent actually got a payout, but from all the other reviews on here, im pretty sure things will run smoothly. ill be depositing again today and will update my review when i do end up requesting a payout and let you all know how it goes.

New player to this casino, but so far have had a great experience. While the games are fairly standard for RTG, my experiences thus far specifically with support have been fantastic: extremely helpful, and LIGHTNING fast. Cash back bonuses are granted nearly instantly upon request, and it took me less than 24 hours to verify my account for withdrawal (though I’ve not yet had the fortune of being in a position to withdraw yet).
My only “cons” so far are some of the conditions regarding bonuses – such as limits placed on maximum withdrawal, maximum bets, etc. I’m not quite used to such limits, and while I do love the cashback bonus on losses, it’s a bit of a bummer to keep in mind that you’ll only be able to win X amount on it (should you be lucky enough to meet the rollover, etc.). But overall, excellent experience so far, and amazing customer support. I look forward to (hopefully) experiencing the instant withdrawal feature one of these days!
