It is a great casino, funny looking and they have a great amount of games from various providers. I love their WMS games and of course NetEnt is still on top in my list. I am a regular player at Casumo and I am still satiffied with them. Withdrawal time frame is not bad but it could be faster though. I find within 2 hours processing time long enough and their withdrawal time frame is between 4 and 12 hours. that’s a little bit too long. Also they have regularly tournaments which is very nice but you need to have a fast computer to run it smoothly otherwise the game lagged and very unpleasant to play. I have already posted a review here but feel i need to add an update to let players know what i went through at this casino. In the beginning i thought they were the best and had the best support…well after leveling up to over 80 (level 84). I got less and less from this casino. (update on this casino) SO i have been with this casino for some time now and have deposited a huge amount and at first was lucky a few times and successfully withdrew some money. However….i am disgusted with the service i got from live chat yesterday! so for this reason i have to add this extra comment on them. This was my favourite casino by far but i am so upset with them i will be filing a complaint with evidence supporting my issues. Here I am with another review on Casumo. In the past 6 months I lost here over 1000 euros without cashing out anything.I always ask for some free bonus, especially some free cash.Only once I received 10 free euros, back in October 2015.I closed my account here because of the lack of bonuses.Their excuse is that they give you free spins on almost every level you reach, but let’s be honest…they give you for example 3 free spins on Kings Of Chicago for 0.05 euros/spin.What is that?Or they give you 3 free spins on The Wishmaster slot…on which even if you hit the bonus round you can’t play it because you don’t have enough spins.I will never open my account here again.I used to like this casino until this started to happen.There are much better online casinos which have more respect for their players.
Casumo I rate 8/10 Probably high for their reward programme, with the fact everybody is treated the same, fair system. I am climbing the belt ladder system currently on purple and 1 away from highest rank, have not had any instances to date of unfair treatment or indeed disagreements. Chat hosts can sometimes appear a wee tad slow, but again had no issues with any decisions they’ve made. I have been fortunate enough to cash out on several occasions, not megabucks but under £2000, again not a single blip at any point of the withdrawal process.
