Apparently they’re unable to send checks to the State I live in, which was the kind of information I was trying to find out before I ever requested the withdrawal to begin with. Ok fine so I asked then what other alternatives they might have (now up until this point they had been very helpful), well they really didn’t have an answer for me or did they try to help in finding a solution for me. I was pretty frustrated at this point, I didn’t have a bank account so that wasn’t an option at the time either. I asked them ‘ So what your telling me is I’m SOL?’ and basically that’s kind of what they told me. I wound up pissing my winnings away waiting for them to help find a solution to get my money but I got no such help. Pretty disappointing experience with such a ‘Reputable’ & ‘Trustworthy’ casino. Needless to say I don’t play there anymore.
Club World USA is the “Mother Ship” of the Club World Group of US Facing casinos. I have been a depositor here for about four years. Like all Club World Casinos, if you do win they pay relatively promptly compared to other RTG/American facing casinos and offer excellent customer service. Oddly enough, I have never had an MEGA win at Club World so I would say I am definitely due! I have certainly had plenty of decent playing sessions and a few decent withdrawals. CW USA always offered inferior pay tables on Video Poker–8/5 for Jacks or Better and 7/5 for Bonus Games. Also Dbl Dbl Bonus pays 9/6 byt 4 Aces with Kicker pays $1600, not $2000 which is standard. This increases the house edge by a hefty 2 to 4%. They implemented this change at all of their other sites sometime this past year. Also, like all Club World Casinos, they have reduced the percentage in their match bonus offers and made the wager requirements more difficult. Unfortunately, in my own experience this was not countered with increasing the RTP on their slot games. In spite of this, they are still one of the best options available to Americans and I still deposit there.

This is a good trusted honest RTG casino . They are good and I made a withdrawl off a free chip , however after that I have made deposits but never got the promos and holiday gifts as some other casinos offer . Not as loose with the promos but they can be trusted and do pay out . Worth a shot at playing there if you enjoy RTG’s or want to see what RTG’s are about .

I love this casino as far as bonuses and livechat but the constantly not winning after SOOOO MANY deposits sucks. Im just unlucky though and its probably not anything “shady” on their part. Livechat is always amazingly helpful and fun if you havent felt like youve been appropriately rewarded, they always try their best to make you happy or see what they can find in the way of a free chip or an awesome bonus. This is my favorite of any casino I have played at. I have played at most of the U.S. casinos. I feel like the slots are not as tight as other casinos, as I have withdrawn several times and once on a free chip! I have never won off a free chip anywhere else. Not only that the support staff are friendly and actually helpful. And they don’t pressure you into using a bonus that you really don’t want.
