Its website names no operating company or licence number, and Australia’s ACMA has ordered it blocked since November 2019, so Australians cannot legally play there.
EmuCasino launched in 2012 and built its name as an Aussie-themed casino with a big pokies library from well-known studios. Despite the emu mascot and the Australian slang, it stopped accepting players from Australia at the start of 2020, and its terms still list Australia as a restricted country. Today it serves New Zealand and other international markets.
It offers more than 30 game providers, live casino tables from Evolution, a mix of card, e-wallet and crypto payments. Its weak point is transparency: the site does not clearly name its operating company or licence.

EmuCasino’s FAQ lists more than 30 software providers, including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Playtech and Evolution. Its own pages quote different totals, from over 1,000 games to over 2,800 pokies, so the exact count is unclear. Either way, the library is large.
You can browse games by theme or by category: Pokies (Australian for video slots), Jackpots, Blackjack, Roulette, Video Poker, Live Casino and Other Games.
Pokies make up most of the lobby, with titles from the big studios alongside smaller ones such as Booming Games and Wazdan. NetEnt games are not available to players in the US, the UK or Canada.

Supported Devices and Platforms
EmuCasino runs in mobile and desktop browsers, and no download is needed. There is no app in the official app stores. The mobile site uses the same account and balance as the desktop version.
Banking Methods
EmuCasino accepts Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, UPayCard, Paysafecard, Flexepin, Neosurf and instant banking for deposits. Crypto deposits are also available in Bitcoin, USDT, USDC and DAI, and the terms also mention Ethereum, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash. According to the FAQ, withdrawals use most of the same methods, plus bank transfer.

Under its terms, you can withdraw up to €15,000 per 30 days. Your first withdrawal each month is free, and later ones within 30 days can be charged up to 3.9%. Progressive jackpot wins over $50,000 can take up to 30 working days to pay. You must complete identity verification within 72 hours of registering, so have your documents ready.

EmuCasino offers 24/7 live chat and email support through its help centre. It says emails are usually answered within 4–6 hours, and if no chat agent is available your request is passed to email. The FAQ covers most account, bonus and banking questions.
Responsible Gambling
You can set deposit, bet and loss limits from your account and self-exclude for up to 30 days, or longer by contacting support. A 3-day cooling-off period applies before a self-excluded account can be reopened. The responsible gambling page links to Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.
Licensing and Availability
EmuCasino does not name its operating company or a licence number on its website, and its terms and conditions (version 5.1) say only that the site is governed by the law of Anjouan. Third-party casino listings name the operator as Qinrara Management Ltd. with Anjouan licence ALSI-202502009-FI1, but we could not confirm this on a public Anjouan register. In November 2019 the Australian Communications and Media Authority ordered internet providers to block EmuCasino for offering online casino games to Australians, and its domains remain on the ACMA’s list of blocked gambling websites.
EmuCasino does not accept players from Australia, France, the Netherlands and its territories, the United Kingdom, Spain or Cyprus, and its terms say other countries may also be restricted. In 2019 the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) asked internet providers to block EmuCasino because it offered online casino games to Australians, which is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001.
Our Verdict
EmuCasino has one of the bigger and better-stocked game lobbies among its peers and solid e-wallet and crypto withdrawals, but its unclear licensing is a real drawback. If you are in an eligible country and comfortable with an offshore casino, it is a reasonable option; if you want regulator-backed protection, look elsewhere.

Let me start off with customer. Service is awful. They are not helpful whatsoever. And the type of games will limit the bet amount per spend to only a very small amount. Which means you can't really get much from it because your bet percent is so low. The games that they offer are kind of weird and just overall very much. Just dislike this casino and how was not very appealing to me.

Liked that depositing by crypto is easy and the deposits are processed instantly. Also minimum deposit is $10, not $20 like in most of the rest.
Problem is that the interface at Emu is a tad glitchy. Sometimes you get 500 Server Error or the page just won't load, and have to try multiple times.

Casino accepted me and the address I chose, spent a bunch of time playing my free bonus. Came back at a later date and I was locked out of my account. Very hard to get a hold of anyone to tell me what happened... Finally was told my location v wasn't allowed.. which makes no sense because they initially said it was

It is was not the worst casino, but definitely falls far from the best. The terms and conditions are a little strange compared to pretty much any US-play casino. It's nice to see a maximum of $100 for a NDB, though.

They have all the games I love to play but the bonuses always confuse me as there is a lot going on with the website. It feels like quite an old interface and the verification process takes soooooooooo long.

Solid casino but if you're looking for a no KYC casino, this is definitely not one of them! I read lots of reviews saying that they were but I was required to input all of my information when opening an account. Great game selection though and I love their platform!

When I first attempted to sign up at EMU Casino awhile back they said I was not allowed due to my jurisdiction or country restriction. Did that change recently? I am excited to play though, the games look pretty fun! I can't wait to try it out now!

Made a small deposit to check it out. Was offered bdb freespins after a BTC deposit. Never received them. Couldn't catch a break playing so money went fast. Didn't spend much time here. Might give it another whirl when money not so tight.

Have played here for two years now. Have made several deposits and no issues. Customer service is always friendly and eager to assist. I used the welcome free spins but didn't win enough to continue to play other games. I'm not a fan of all the complicated rules, and for sure don't want to pay a fee to withdraw any winnings. If they want a fee, they should take it from players' deposits. It seems greedy in my opinion.
