EC has been my fav casino for years but not anymore…after an internal processing error resulting my (and many other ppls) deposits just disapearing into thin air…EC acknowledged the mix up and assured that the issue occured internalally and that customers woukd have their funds returned into their bank acc in 24hrs, this became 48hrs then a week… Its now been a few months, i have spent hours following this up and responding to EC ‘s requests to provide (the same) info again and again with no resolve.
To top all this off EC recently changed the way they offer and award bonuses, scraping the model whereby live chat staff awarded freespins on a scaled ratio based on the amount of funds deposited
via live chat offering the scaled ratio if deposited (i.e $20= 5 spins, $30 = 20s spins and so on). I can appreciate that for a casino, its totally reasonable to make said changes but its well rank (and frankly its just bad business) for EC to choose not to inform their customers that the free spin bonuses that we all know and love Emu Casino for are no longer on offer…
